His Excellency Sir,
Refer to the above subject matter; it is obvious the state is sitting on a keg of gunpowder. Whatever happens those behind the scene won't be mentioned but I am sure be it good or bad your name would be on the front page.
I have always prayed for a peaceful Rivers State having in mind that is the only path to a rapid development of the State. No investor comes to a rancorous environment to invest not even those who sell guns and bullets. They only send it across from their factories.
On the issue at hand concerning the tenure of the LGA Chairmen it is obvious that their terms expire in few days time. Apply a tactical approach. And what is the tactical approach? Give them a masterstroke. Thank them for the good service to the state, acknowledge that their terms have elapsed extend their term by three months. This is tactical.
Thanks Sir.

The funds from the extra three months will be used to fight Gov. Fubara at the election. Fubara should establish foot prints(SA) in every poling unit.
He should start planning towards the elections now because that is what his predesesor is doing.
He should plan joining LP.

It's unconstitutional to extend the tenure of elected LGA chairmen I'm Nigeria. You can't extent the tenure of an executive arm of government, they should pack their loads and go . They will understand who is in charge after that day, anyonw who goes to the LGA council does that on his own no salaries nothing what then is the benefit grin even when you can't even if you have access to the Secretariat?

Blind men leading each other.

Who told you the governor has the power to extend the tenure of elected local government chairmen?

The problem is that most of you gullible supporters are ignorant. They are not going anywhere, since RISIEC refused to conduct an election and the legislators have already done the needful.

Are you aware that there is a court judgement already against the bill passed by Amaehule and his members. The bill was against the 1999 constitution and till date no appeal on that court ruling.

Hahaha, wake up from your dreams. Do you understand that the states are in charge of LGA finances? Wike spent 8years in office plus 1 year makes it it 9years. Within this nine years elections were conducted twice making a tenure of 6years, what did he do with the remaining years if elections at the LGA most be conducted before LGA chairmen leave? grin please account for the years that elections were not conducted, you can't approbate and reprobate at the same time grin

Are you aware of the judgement of Justice Omotosho of the Federal High Court that declared the actions of Edison Ehie null and void, including the passage of the budget? Till date has that ingrate, lawless and clueless neophyte called Fubara complied with the judgement? You guys like to cherry pick.

The elected chairmen are going nowhere.

Elected chairmen are going nowhere after their conditionally guaranteed tenure has elapsed.

Are you for real?

That's a recipe for disaster.
