I would still be struggling with school fee if not for the fact I was the last beneficiary of dependants.

My sister-in-law paid for the prime time appointment for biometrics yesterday which was a 107,000naira on the Tlc Contact website. She was thinking she was going to be asked to also pay £76 for her biometrics but that didn't show up. She booked her appointment for friday and paid just the 107k.
She couldn't find any Contact Information of tlc contact online to call them for an inquiry.

Why should you have a problem with people travelling to the UK? Why shouldit bother you? Some people have the funds to cover their tuition. UK international students make a lot of noise on social media. Do you think it's only in the UK they deport people? Even if they deport people it's still not the end of the world.

Now it will shock you know I was deported from the UK in 2012, got a 5years ban afterwards. I still worked In Nigeria in the oil and gas industry, moved to Canada and became a PR last year. In that same UK, my 3 sisters are British citizens and prospering like crazy. I am doing very well in Canada. I have also sent my cousins over and my sister inlaw will be going next.
Speak of the positives and enough of your Negative views. Honestly I speak the mind of alot of people saying to shut up. We've had enough. This group helped me in processing my cousins application to the UK. Let's stick to what the thread/forum is for.

To anyone that wants japa, do not let these talkatives advise you wrongly especially when Nigeria has failed you. If UK isn't working for you, it's OK to move to another country until you find your ground.

If u get long term loan....uncle/aunt will help...

Where have I or others who have been warning about the downsides about coming discouraged anyone from coming to the UK?

All we have been saying is, coming to the UK VIA THE STUDY ROUTE without having your complete money or close to your complete money is nothing BUT suicidal, and those in that boar should reconsider or look for other routes.
This particular thread is the STUDENT ROUTE thread. so it is not out of place to ring sounds of warning here for people who

1. Don't have the money but want to creatively create the POF thinking that they can come here and hustle to pay 8k balance in addition to paying living expenses and

2. Those without Knowledge of the full picture.

If you have the funds, or you have the support system, by all means go for it....
But if you think you can "hack" it, prepare to come here and suffer.

You don't hear anyone criticising those who come via work visa... because those ones have their path cut out for them ....

It over 20 working days since my biometrics. Aside from the empty nsf I got the next day, I haven’t heard anything since. I have done three paid calls including today, still no decision. It was also escalated last week. It’s just tiring.

But they've stopped all that.

Now talking of school please make your research. Dont go and pick school all in the name of cheap deposit that they will be asking for another money during enrollment. Please make your research. You all read what happened to our on people at Teesside university. Most of the school's are like that even after paying 90%
