3years ago,a friend of my informed me about a building material market that came up some where in Abuja. After he introduced me to the guy,I bought one shop at the rate of 1million naira when nothing was on ground.

Interestingly,the market was to be built buy buyers of the space,so what it meant is that,It was only the space one can buy.

After about six months, i purchased another shop space without anything on ground.

One day,the guy I bought the shop from asked me to come down to exchange my single shop for a warehouse and that I will give the warehouse owner 500k...my answer was that,I don't how the market is designed therefore, I can't exchange my single shop for a warehouse especially if the warehouse was to be sited behind the normal shops which is usually the plan here in Abuja.

One day,I was at home when the said guy called me again to come and buy a shopping mall space in the same market going for 5million,I told him that I had no money for such.

Today,being 10th of June that shopping mall is going for 150million naira. The warehouse is going for 20million to 25million while the single shop is going for 5million to 6million naira.

I am in regret now.

In fact,I have not been myself since i went to verify this news from the horses mouth.

There is money in property business especially in Abuja.

Hmmm!!!

At the same time, it might be a blessing in disguise. Government might claim it all in the nearest future.

So sorry dear such do happened in Lagos too there is a particular land I disowned and didn't and vowed not to purchase then like 8years ago .

Yea,but in recent times the kidnapping around that Bwari has scared people from buying lands around that area...although some are still buying.
