Good evening all,

Recently i had a cash transferred into my Paypal account and because
the account was not verified, the money could not to show in my balance
and Paypal was saying that I should go ahead and verify the account so
that I can access my money.

And there was this guy that I met online saying that I should pay him
$25(like N35k or so)to do the Paypal verification for me which I did and
he came back again saying that because the account was in a Nigerian
phone and address that he couldn't verify the account as the PayPal is
asking him for more authentication and documentation. He said that I
should bring another $61(N67k or so) for the documentation and all that.

My question now is this: Does PayPal allow someone else to do verification
on behalf of another person without the first person having login access of
the second person? Or you think that this guy is a scam? You see,I am confused
because I am new to this Paypal things.
