As long as they are the ones printing and controlling the dollar, forget it, they will keep dolling it out to whoever they want. As long as dollar is controlling the world trade, US has upper hand in any economic or military confrontation with Russia. I am sure Putin is tired of this war but doesn't know how to end it. Russia may not get back up to 20% of their frozen assets after the war. Their own companies are suffering as they can't trade with other countries as some companies in other countries are afraid of US sanctions
