What you've just highlighted is only but a small bit of the many positives to why that coy is a giveaway @ current price level.

But then again, we have since stopped talking about INTBREW.
Let's allow Mr Time to do his thing. After all, he's the only one that is always right! wink cheesy cool

It is well

Yeah, just speaking high level. But I guess the management is achieving their goal. Kill vibe, accumulate then delist.

I already said it before now that most shareholders will renounce their rights, and it's not like it would be much of a big deal. We don't necessary need to take up our rights.
The entire RI exercise was even crafted to create weak apathy or sentiment towards the coy, so no surprises for us. wink cheesy cool

Post RI, I expect a reduction in the proportional % holding of minority interest and an increase in... your guess is already as good as mine.
This will further make the coy illiquid and... again, you can take a wild guess if you want.

But why not sell off your stake and have peace.
I suspect that INTBREW may not be offering the calm you truly desire, so I'll advise you exit now.

It might give me and many others that peace, but maybe the coy is not for you.
One should not be in all stock you know.
...Pls just exit!

"In the stock market world, a cheap/undervalued asset isn't just one whose price is low in terms of VALUE or high in REWARD... but also one whose price is lower in terms of RISK and even higher in peace of mind.
...a wining investor must know how and when to relate in between!"

~Sinclair

Key term: Peace of mind. ...very important!
We all need it. Especially for our mental health.

Do take care
Yes I want to exist. Can you help out with someone to buy at #5.20 so I can have peace of mind, lol since I can't sell at loss.
Don't take it personal

Yes you need to have peace of mind.
I suspect you hold a substantial volume.
We could negotiate and strike a deal if you can accommodate my offer price.

Kindly send a pm, but only if you're truly interested.

kill which vibe.let call a spade a spade. The management are useless. And have proven it over the yrs.It does not matter if I have the shares or recommended it.

The only positive thing left in that company is that they have selling products. Which is the only goodwill left incase of take over by new guys like we are seeing in Guinness .

Oando currently Trades At 20.00 rands which is equivalent to N1,600

But you think shareholders will accept 0.083 rands equivalent of N7.07

20 South African Rand equals N1,629.69
0.083 South African Rand equals N7.07

NOTE" 1 RANDS IS EQUAL 82 NAIRA....but oando is trading @ 20 rands.

No you're clearly mistaken.

Take a closer look at that image again. What you have there is ZAC not ZAR.
...there's a difference between the 2.

ZAC implies cent while ZAR is the rand equivalent of the South African currency.
1 ZAC = 1 cent, and 1 ZAR = 1 Rand or 100 cent.
By rationalization, 1 ZAR = 100 ZAC... and 1 ZAC = 1/100 or 0.01 ZAR or Rand.

You can see ZAC as kobo and ZAR as your Naira.

OANDO JSE is trading @ 20 ZAC, which is the equivalent of 20/100 or 0.2 ZAR or Rand.
The reason you saw 20 ZAC is because the stock was pegged in cent.

Using the current Naira to Rand Fx rate of N81.48 to 1 Rand, 0.2 Rand = 81.48 x 0.2 which is approx N16.3
So OANDO JSE trades @ N1.1 or 7.2% premium above it's NGX price of N15.2. [(16.3--15.2)/15.2]
...that's still a good thing.

That said, am also bullish on the coy like you. I did highlight the potential in the coy @ N4+ and subsequently @ N7+. Those who subscribed to my outline/recommendations and investment guide--Series 1 knew what they had to do. I was quite specific about the asset.

I laugh really hard when people infer a possible delisting. ...something that was already dead on arrival. It's as if they couldn't read the hand writing on the wall.

There's a reason the coy jumped by over 122% on the JSE bourse in one day.
OANDO will go places. But then again, some things are better left unsaid.
...it's a midterm play!

CAVEAT: NOT to be inferred as any sought of investment advice. The need for due diligence should still take higher precedence ahead of this post.

This quotation in () actually signifies loss after tax and not profit after tax (PAT). The same goes for the EPS
