I rushed to find the proffered solution only to find out the guy was trying so hard to pet himself and his likes. Why must you graze your cattle around? The perfect solution to farmers/herders crisis is ranching and you must accept that.

The reason why we fail in Nigeria is because we struggle to reinvent the wheel due to perceived selfishness. Developed countries tried pastoral rearing of cows many centuries ago and later opted for ranching because it's more beneficial and peaceful.
Regional government will surely solve and cure this malady, and we must all embrace it if Nigeria must remain as a country.
