What i have learned in the last 15 years is not to use my background and the values i was raised on to attempt to correct or reprimand this generation ...especially all these millennial and Gen-Zs. Most of that discipline don't work for them grin

Once you bring yourself to their level they will finish you especially in this Social media era where things go viral in seconds...and bloggers like Vultures are waiting to feast on the story and escalate things.

You see all these 17-26 years old ehnn you will learn alot from them and why they behave the way they behave if you are patient and pay close attention to managing them you will be able to unleash the good side of them...otherwise they will hurt you.

Finidi lacks communication & Media skills...he looks shy but people like that usually will misspeak when they're eventually under pressure to verbally explain or defend themselves.
As for Osimhen, you can see that he's clearly reacting not just to this issue of finidi mentioning him ...but previous cases where fans and the media had taken a swipe at him for the teams failures or under performance....just like Victor Iwobi, Paul Onuachu, and our other goalie before Nwabali showed up....etc
The SE needs massive reorganization....let's perhaps kiss the Worldcup goodbye at this stage...this is clearly a house in disarray and our chances at the world cup are too slim at this stage to bank on!

It wasn't uncalled for! An elder shouldn't insult and belittle a young person and still expect no replies. Finidi had hundreds of options to build a credible squad to win two games, yet after poor results, he decided to put the blame on one player.

Would Oshimen have played for the remaining 10 players if he had been included?

Is Oshimen the only Super Eagles striker?

Does he need Oshimen to beat a team like Bénin Republic?

Finidi should just go and coach Enyimba United and stay off Super Eagles' matters.

Ex-Super Eagles players should just stay off the male senior team, there is always bound to be clashes of egos... let them coach other African teams.

I was surprised to watch the video just now and I was shocked with the way he spoked on his live.. like what? I mean who does that as a pro in ones respective feeds. here are the top 3 impression that video showedcase to the world at large.

we all could agree it's all anger but what I expected from him to do like some other players is to calm down, access the situation and speak with his team on how to go about it. If need be for him to clear the allegations that was made public by finidi, organise a press conference or a podcast and tell your own side of the story. Isn't that more matured? When c ronaldo was maltreated at man u. He never turned on his ig live and start blabbing up and down because he knows what it might cost him.

LACK OF RESPECT

I was just watching the video and seeing the way he was mentioning finidis name like it's his fellow team mate quarreling. I just can't explain the feeling I felt deep down in my tummy. Like this is an ex super eagle legend you are talking to. A Coach for that matter.. where's the respect? All I could do was just to shake my head in disdain. I mean even if you had an issue with what he said why not control the words you used as a face of the country.

Victor oshihem showed he doesn't rate Nigerians at all with that outburst. He even said ogun should kill anyone who believe the rumours. This is someone nigerians can die before but just mere watching the video he really doesn't care about the national team. If a local born player like him could vex and display on the internet this manner, what more do we expect from foreign base players?
