You need to see judgements from Ekiti state ....

NinjaMetahuman:
sometimes I wonder if they smoke weed mixed with fentynal before coming to court.

These same idiotic judges will give politicians 6months jail term with the option of files for stealing billion.

Something is really wrong with Nigeria's justice system.
They will kill a cockroach with bazooka and a slap on the wrist for genocidal maniacs.

Anyone saying the sentence is too harsh is a fool. You can’t be perpetrating crimes against your fellow citizens that are also suffering. If you want to perpetrate crimes and obtain money by pretence, go after the politicians that are stealing Nigeria’s money. If you collect from politicians, people will applaud you. Kidnap the politicians, steal their money and Nigerians will applaud you. Don’t go after the ordinary citizens that are also suffering like you.

Arraigned since 2021, concurrent sentence passed in 2024 which means they will serve a total of 8years 8months. Substracting the time they have already been in Prison since the first court case in 2021... they have approximately 4years. E sure for them to hit the street 2028.

Tụfịakwa!

It serves them right. One may say that the jail term is too harsh but I don't think so. 46 means 23 in the jailing system.

But I wish criminal politicians are judged in the same manner by the same court.

lol. Read again. It’s actually 7 years.
All the years run concurrently

How come it's only during criminal activities that Igbos and Hausas cooperate without any form of ethnic divides?

Re: Fake EFCC Operatives Bag 46 Years Jail Term For Impersonation, Fraud by turkeyman: 6:38pm On Jun 16
No the sentencing is to run concurrently so the highest sentence will be used to count it, which is 7 years, and since they have been arraigned since 2021 which is 3 years already they may only spend 4 years in prison, so for me the sentence was very light

Fake judiciary. It is that concurrently I want to see.

You give a guy a slap on the wrist and you make it look like a real sentence and then you add concurrently

Why is the Nigerian judicial system always harsh on civilian criminals but very soft with politicians whose criminal actions has far reaching consequences than others.. why?
The thing weak me o.Oga yahya stole 83 billion naira,up till now,his whereabouts is not known and he refused to honour the honourable court, yet nothing happened.Injustice of the highest order. It appeares as if the higher the degree of offense the lesser the punishment, and the lower the offense the higher the punishment.

Both the fraudulent politicians and impersonator's should be severely dealt with, but because politicians can always settle themselves, their sentence is usually minimal.
