Do you know what it takes to create a state? 1999 constitution makes it so stringent that it takes national consensus to create a state. The only state that seems to have consensus is an additional state for the south east, which Anioma is most favoured right now.

After-all they called Nzeogwu coup an Igbo coup and committed Asaba massacre.

Which communities agree to be part of the Orlu State?

Have you read the process involved in State creation in the 1999 Constitution? The Orlu State is not even captured in the 2014 confab let alone becoming an issue of serious deliberation when it can't pass the mandatory referendum needed to establish a State.

The orlu state bill will be killed by Anambra reps whenever it is brought up for second reading. Take my word for it. Anambra people want nothing to do with wretched and demented Orlu state.
