ouzo1:Your assertion is very understandable, but the fact is the team is seriously lacking in quality management; A coach to instill dignity and value to the team's name. This will automatically weed out pride and the feeling of indispensability amongst the players. We not only need a good (very good one) but an intelligent one both professionally and emotionally. A coach that sees the importance of rotating his team to maximize competition amongst his players and also build cohesion and chemistry. This is one of the essential principles of coaching. |

Sevilla’s new signing Chidera Ejuke is in Seville to officially sign for the club. He will sign a 3 year contract until 2027. ✍️🇳🇬 cc: TheSuperNerd Meliforme https://x.com/LaLigaExtra/status/1802452473270898776?t=gjJZaQs6odB1c4d48wm8bg&s=19 6 Likes 2 Shares

Joezinho:Ejuke is now at Sevilla If he gets sufficient playing time, he’s back in the Super Eagles Don’t write off any Nigerian home grown forward Even though both of them can be quite selfish and not play for the team Chukwueze, Iheanacho, Moses Simon have got real competition now. Appears only Lookman & Osimhen have a regular starting shirt in the front 3 3 Likes |

elyte89:Na VDM opinion you dy take as settle the whole issh. In what capacity. It has been said here repeatedly that finidi never mentioned Osimhen. I understand osimhen feeling, a player getting injured is frustrating on its own, then getting to hear such allegedly coming from your coach is double annoying and frustrating 1 Like 1 Share |

elyte89: Baba don't help in spreading fake news. How would you feel if someone propagates falsehood again you? I have made my personal opinion known here that even if Finidi had said what they claimed he did. Osimhen would still have been wrong to address it the way he did. But, let me put it in CAPS FINIDI NEVER SAID ANYTHING AGAINST OSIMHEN. Victor reacted to fake news. 6 Likes 1 Share |

zicky: Osimhen might not had approached this well, But the all round backlashes from all corner towards him, and some others even going as far as to call for his ban and outright suspension, is like a witch hunting to me, beside let Finidi himself come out to clear the Air, what's stopping him, the media, both Colin and Osas should getat, those 2 are the worst are this type of matter, always looking to Pinterest blame on the player, call the coach let him come onlive to clear the air, not This is what Finidi said, and don't said, And pls guyz let's die this matter 2 Likes 1 Share |

daveP: I didn't know Fidelis when he was with MFM, but many people spoke highly of him. The first time I saw a team ot his play was when he was with Plateau United. I saw a Nigerian club side play beautiful football and was impressed. Didn't need more than one game to show how good of a coach he was. It then became puzzling how he's never got a chance to coach any of the national teams. Fidelis Ilechukwu started I believe started his NPFL career with MFM and has spent just 8 years as coach in the top flight. In 8 years, he's got 2 teams to second place and continental competition and won the league now with Rangers. This is the profile of a coach who should at least manage the CHAN eagles. Hopefully he gets a club out of Nigeria in the near future where he can futher prove himself. 6 Likes |

elyte89: Sorry but I totally disagree with VeryDarkMan. He is someone I like his opinionated views but in this case, he should have taken the liberty of doing more research on Finidi's side to make a balanced opinion. I am yet to see an article or post that proves Finidi targeted Osimhen in his comments made in the meeting. It was a statement taken out of context, spun to make Finidi look bad. I will not beg any player to play for Super Eagles. My belief it has to do with critical questions on his call ups. Why some so called people were not called or players arriving late to camp or indiscipline. Finidi was well briefed on Osimhen's injury and knew Osimhen's commitment to the team being part of the Super Eagles coaching crew when Osimhen played with injury at the AFCON. Osimhen's burst up was wrong in any perspective. As Peterside Idah put it, Osimhen should have called Finidi before ranting. Osimhen needs to learn to control his emotions and egging him on will only make things worse. 7 Likes 1 Share |

do4luv14: Please respect Collin Udoh. He has put in a lot supporting the Super Eagles for ages. He deserves respect. From what I heard, he was calling Osimhen before he went on the rant and Osimhen did not pick. If only Osimhen had answered Collin Udoh's call, things wouldn't escalate this way. I agree with you that people are going overboard with this but Osimhen needs to understand the picture of what he did wrong. |

lovewins: The bolded is what Osimhen needs to know but I expect the former legends to educate Osimhen and not keep lashing him. His reaction was wrong but his heart is in the right place. Finidi also needs to calm his former colleagues down. I repeat, it is still OsiBobo. 2 Likes |

mostob: Why down this Amunike's talk? The licenses is not the only the only thing. Amunike's licenses show humility to learn, dedication to challenges and passion for knowledge. His work with the 2015 U17 was also brilliant. His coaching tactics were so brilliant that FIFA technical committee (a team of quality coaches) met his to expatiate his ideas for them. His resistance to pressure due to mismanagement of the NFF. The report of the players wanting to go on strike in the Semi finals of the U17 and the report of Amunike's speech that rattled them to perform. The kind of football his U20 side played that had them winning games in style and brilliance was eye catching. Which led to them playing over 50 games and only lose once. 1 Like 1 Share |

TheGoodJoe: No one in their right senses can doubt Victor's commitment to the team. Not even those who hate him can use that against him. Funny thing is when I first saw the story, I immediately knew it was clickbait and didn't read it. It just didn't align with reality and I also didn't believe Finidi could have made such statements. It wasn't until Victor's rant that I went back to read the story to see if there was a direct quote from Finidi. Suprise Suprise there wasn't any. Victor was wrong full stop. Asides Peterside who is generally opinionated, I don't think any of Finidi's teammate has commented on this. Finidi as reportedly reached out to Victor himself after he saw the video. That's what elders do. Hopefully he learns from this. 5 Likes |

lovewins:the thing is we have a lot of people not in their right senses in this country down to this thread. I expected the matter to have died down but the release of videos to VDM is going too far. The main culprit in this case is scorenigeria and also the time the news was released. People have already been questioning victor's commitment to the team and the loss in the qualifiers did not help matters. All in all, this has been a messy affair and I hope it gets buried soon. 4 Likes |

Kog45: Sir, let me agree with you that it does not exist, the question is from where the journos got the story they twist to make it look like this, And that is where I fault Colin, Hosting that Space to clarify what was said and not said without both Finidi and Osimhen onboard is not good, as it will paint one in good light will rubbishing the other, I don't know what more to say on these issue, Victor did wrong, buh should we now throw out the baby with the bath water 1 Like |
