A spade should be called a spade his outburst was uncalled for, yes we know his is angry but they're ways to express your anger without being a tout because this is Nigeria where anything happens and you go scort free?
Which professionnal player in Europe have you seen behave like this.
Moreover when he was racially abused in Italy what did he do? Yes I know too well that the coach messed up, but respect should be given to who it's due regardless
I reluctantly say;
You've spoken well

This young man is very dedicated and have done his best for this country. NFF can look into it and caution him to manage his anger.especilly publicly. Some of his enemies want to seize the opportunity to bring him down but God who lift him up will not allow them. Osimeh,I pray Almighty God will continue to be with you. Continue making Nigeria proud with your amazing performance.
I believe in one way or the other, he somehow regretted it

Because he didn't visualize that, the video will explode like this

And secondly, I don't know some people hate him this much

NFF should just get him to apologize to Finidi George; tender a public apology and everyone will be fine. Most times, people focus on how we react to things without asking what led to our reactions. For saying that Osimhen doesn't want to play for the Eagles, Finidi was inciting Nigerians against Osimhen.

Even after it became clear that Finidi didn't say those things. Na wa for u o

Finidi finished Nigeria hopes of World Cup qualification such that we now pray that Rwanda, South Africa and Benin lose points
Nobody is talking about Finidi
He spoilt Nigerians hope of World Cup qualification
I won’t even blame Osimhen
Why didn’t Finidi use Boniface our top striker
Why didn’t he call Troost Ekong
Re: NFF To Punish Victor Osimhen Over Improper Conduct by adetayoonas(m): 5:15pm On Jun 18
Stop blaming Osimhen, the match loss also pained Osimhen as a patriotic Nigeria. He wants to go the World Cup too. An average super eagles without coach should be able to beat Benin 3 goals to nothing
Corruption should be removed from NFF and coaches should stop taking bribes.
Why did NFF select a coach that said he doesn’t have tactics to play matches, Finidi deserves those insults if you look at his stupid selections.
Chaiiiiii.
Why did we appoint this local coach with no much technical input
We have never lost to Benin before now.
Why can’t NFF select Amuneke with foreign coach license
Iheanacho has never played very well for Leicester this season. He was benched several times. Why select him
Udinese keeper maduka okoye is better than nwabali
Look at their current form
How can Finidi bench Boniface. Very stupid act

Osimhen has no blame
Blame Finidi and NFF for their stupid selections.
Kenneth omeruo form has reduced drastically
Iwobi hardly plays in his club
Why bench boniface, it means he can bench Osimhen too.

NFF should not act based on emotions..

You have to pamper ur best player...
Some people have guts to do anything and get away with (as long as it's not a crime) because of premium places on them..

Osimhen is the most impactful at the moment in Eagles...
It's a normal thing..and the guy never do anything strange..
Pamper Osimhen and achieve ur target..
Abi nah all those NFF officials ( big-belle like pregnant women) go go play the matches??

The reasonable comment so far. It appears to me Nigeria don't really think deep. Osimhen missed two matches and the team failed. Before now, I don't know the value of Osimhen. Right now, I know his value to the team. They all think Lukman will do it for Nigeria but the guy failed. Nigeria most impactful and passionate player right now is Victor Osimhen. All other players are clowns and they showed it during Benin and South Africa matches. NFF should treat the matter with sense.

No this is the best time to punish him- I will rather we miss the world cup than allow what Victor did to stand because IF this situation is not nipped in the bud right now, it will set a wrong precedence in the team that certain players can get away with anything, and one day, someone like Osihmen will slap a Coach - and it will be free for all fight, do you want the Super Eagles to be in the news for such event? na so e take dey start, when misbehavior is overlooked and not punished- it will grow wings until it becomes a normal thing for Coaches to be slapped by players - Victor must be punished

In the last nations cup, Ghanaian fans almost physically attacked the players of the black stars at their hotel entrance, they poured insults on them and mocked them like say tomorrow no dey - they blocked their bus from even leaving the hotel - they blamed key players like Mohammed Kudus, the Ayew Brothers (Dede and Jordan) for the poor showing of the Black Stars, did any of these players swear Ogun for the fans ?

- IF France can do without Kareem Benzema when he was World Player of the Year, definitely Osimhen is not bigger than Nigeria

In 1989, Some Super Eagles players then did almost what Victor did right now - they talked trash to the press about NFF and demanded for $30,000 to be payed to them upfront before they show up for camp at Algiers’1990 Nations cup

Players like (now Late) Steven Keshi, (now Late) Phillip Osondu, Samson Siasia and co held the nation to ransom and we were all panicking about our nations cup showing - You know what Clemens Westerhoff, our Dutch technical adviser did then ? he expelled all of them from the team - these were Nigeria’s best then - we still came back from that tournament with Silver Medal even though our boys were very inexperienced, they were very hungry for success because they never expected such opportunity.

Westerhoff threw the camp open for whoever wants to play to come play—/ many unknown players came and one of them was a 17 year old Daniel Amokachi from Ranchers Bees of Kaduna, Others were Ben Iroha, Toyin Ayinla, Ayo (Dodo) Ogunlana, Uche Okechukwu, Osita Aniweke, Ajibade Babalade, Moses Kpakor, Friday Elahor, Thompson Oliha, Alloy Agu, Isaac Semitoje, Herbet Anijekwu, Emma Okocha (Jay Jay Okocha’s elder brother) and a few others that became the best Super Eagles of 1994

And when the recalcitrant players like Keshi found out that Nigeria survived without them, they became more commited and issued apology to the team and country and their patriotism spiked. That event taught me a leason that in life, learn to let go for certain things to work out

So Stop displaying fear and weakness by trying to cuddle nonsense - Victor must be punished and if he cant take the punishment let him retire from International football, he is not the first to do so and he wont be the last- the world does not revolve around Osimhen

If my favorite player ever and the deadliest and most lethal finisher in world football history - Marco Van Basten could retire at a very young age of 25 because of Injury and the world of football did not stop, then Osimhen can retire from the super eagles and the world of Nigerian football will continue, talents abound in Nigeria - he will not be missed more than 6 months trust me!!!!
Boss thanks for this write up

By the time he looses first team shirt in his club you will see him fighting to be chosen to play for Nigeria again, we don see all these things before

😂 😂 😂 You go really wait taya. People struggle to play for their clubs so they can be selected for county not the other way round. Most clubs are even praying their players don't go for country tournaments or friendlies to keep them fit for club matches. What did Klop say about international breaks? Most coaches hate the fact that players go play for country and return with injuries that these countries don't even treat. It's still the club that bears the cost. You really wish Osimhen goes down just to justify this useless country but you wait taya and no evidence 😂😂

He plays his heart out for Nigeria and should have been treated with more respect. There are players in the national team that are just occupying space yet they get all the respect and honor. Let’s call a spade a spade. How come we didn’t win either of the two matches VO didn’t play? Is Eyimba 🐘FC same as SUPER EAGLES🦅? There’s more to that outburst fr.
It’s high time NFF started making the right calls as regards the national team. For years, we haven’t had a player like VO(African best). Not tryna justify his action but we all need to understand he’s also human regardless.
How’s this BAT 🦇 tenure treating y’all? Have you done your DOBALE for the fathers land that’s turned mothers land.
May God help us all🙏
We are talking about his attitude not his commitment bro
Is he the only player that have given his all in the national team? What about Finidi during his playing days? Is that one not commitment too..??
When Iwobi was heavily criticized and insulted for his performance..Did he come out to curse anybody or use any derogatory remarks?..Pls stop encouraging nonsense

You dey mind the overrated player

It seems you just said oshimen is overrated.? , can u post ur CV against Oshimen Career so far lets see.

NFF iis just using Authority to supress Oshimen,,,,Finidi caused it all.

Did Oshimen ever gets issue with Pasero?
Re: NFF To Punish Victor Osimhen Over Improper Conduct by megapriest(m): 11:53pm On Jun 18
Lots of envy and un appreciative gesture being shown to Oshimen amased me, He overreated though but hes human.
Right from U-17 , Oshimen was always ready to die on the pitch for Nigeria. Check out last AFCON he played till he got zero gas left.

He called Finidi that he was Injured, Team Doctor spoke to him, Oshimen was on crutches for Christ sake What else does Finidi wanted from him by calling him out for crisicm ... if Westerhof did that to finidi how would he feel?

You earn respect you cant beg for it.. Oshimen na from Street u cant expect him to be crying like Iwobi Ajebutter nao. If he didnt react many of guys like you have been abusing him alreadys saying hes feeling too big to play for Nigeria...someone on Crutches? common reason nao

Finidi went as far as blocking him to give his friends moral support.. Lewandoski is with the Poland national team nao. Pasero allowed Boniface to come greet the boys while injured. Finidi is a misfit simple

NFF Damage control would crumlbe the whole World Cup hope, Nigeria still needs Oshimen.

EVERYBODY IS JUST BLAMING OSHIMEN WITHOUT ADDRESSING FINIDI SIDE. If you disrespect any young boy in ur street he will disrespect you. had he any issues with any national team coach before?

if u dont believe then invite him and let National team Physio examine him..Not blaming him for your failure

Because of bad belle he went as far as benching Boniface , Oshimen friend Saying a team doesnt need tactics
Some Nigerians calling him a failure... African Best a failure? ..I doubt Ghanians will say that to Kudus.

Amunike was there u gave Finidi the Job .No wonder you all get Tinubu as President.

FINIDI SHOULD USE AGBA SENCE TAKE APOLOGISE FOR CALLING HIM OUT TOO, RESPECT IS RESIPROCAL , MAKE NFF NO CHANCE THE BOY.

People never don't know the gravity of what he did. Saying ogun go kill you, ti aládé ba ni ko da, alaaro ko ni ye yín and so on was totally unacceptable from that guy. His behaviour shows how humble he is. Now what he did was a big slap on nations not only football body.i remembered vividly a player didn't show respect when his country anthem was being singing and immediately the president ordered his removal from the team. That is to show one is representing his country. Victor reactions proved African are monkey as white do call us.

Stop being stupid. How does one guy's silly reaction online, that is being condemned nationwide, a sign that ''African are monkey''?

What kind of stupid, imbecilic deduction is that?

If you think you and your father, your mother, and your siblings are monkeys, DON'T extend your self-hating inferiority complex, low self-esteem, ignorance and stupidity to 'Africans'.
