If after spending that type of money you don't get a job that pays at least $15,000 a month then it's a wasted venture as far as I'm concerned undecided

A total of 20,000 pounds was spent in this venture and if you convert to naira we should be talking of about 40 million naira.
The figures are really mind-blowing considering the fact that the Nigerian currency is getting worse by the day.

That is 38m not 40m

The reason the job available is N45000 is because you paid N45,000 in tuition. Nobody pays millions in university tuition to obtain a job of N45,000.

By raising the fees you raise the quality (academic and mental) of the graduates. By raising the quality of the graduates, you raise their value in the market.

That is even quite very Cheap, good for him
Lucky him.

Does this include accommodation, daily directly connected expenses and bills from day till graduation? (If yes , even more lucky for him)

If you ask the same person to pay 2 million in unilag, he/she go carry placard..... Education is very expensive..
He/she must have worked over there to raise the bulk part of that money to pay his tuition, accommodation and feeding.
How many students can get a job to pay 2 million naira at Unilag in a year, pay for accommodation and feed themselves in Nigeria?

Well you may be right!!
I can also tell you that more than 50 percent of those who spent that 40m will not get it back in UK!
How many nig in UK get 40m naira for acct post-grad..Let me say 10 yrs after sch..You will be shock if I spill what I know...
Nevertheless, what am saying in earnest is that university education is hugely subsidize and we pay next to nothing! Hence, what we get is a reflection of what we are paying... most don't even pay up to 300k in 4 yrs..

Then the minimum wage of their parents should be raised to a million naira too.

Lol.A friend of mine attended a private University in Nigeria then and his parents spent millions of naira for him to graduate.
When he eventually graduated, the job he got was paying him just 60 000 naira.
He has relocated to UK now.
🤣🤣🤣🤣.After everything, they will still pay him minimum wage of N62k that is less than 1 bag of rice

Yes, that's because there's no guarantee of getting decent jobs in Nigeria after graduation. People who graduated over 5 years ago are still struggling to get decent jobs in Nigeria. So, there's no justification for asking people to pay high tuition fees in Nigeria.

These are Basic Facilities that ALL Our So called Past and some Present Leaders - just Refused to do for Nigerians- as they Care Less about the Future - about the Youths.
Shame to the Leaders that were accumulating Dollars($) - for themselves, instead of building Nigeria, to become Great!

The Nigerian system is rigged. Its a paddy paddy type of system.
If you are not connected you will struggle.
You must have links with the politicians most times to get a job and most of the jobs are hand to mouth.

grin grin If anyone is looking for moral or religious lifestyle. They should avoid the UK or America. Germans are better in terms of religion.

However, i don't think that is what that individual meant by his life changing in a different perspective.

If you can afford it and you have the right support, it's worth every single dime. It will not only change your education it will also help you build relevant connections and change your perspective about life.

You won't also be hearing news of one lecturer slapping a student or giving a student doggy in his office. You sef reason am
you no include missing results, come back 10 years and collect your certificate, nobody can get a first class in this department. It's obvious most lecturers in Nigerian Universities need mental evaluation from time to time.

Stop being naive, a lot of their own CITIZENS are struggling to get jobs after university education. Some are under employed.

Stop being fed lies in faraway Nigeria.

I see the reason UK people are extremely stingy. I have one 58 year old England woman i have been chatting with for almost 2 years now. She calls me her baby boy etc always wanting me with her online 24/7 but when i ask for money to solve a problem she becomes stingy with it. Telling me she has only £9 in her bank account.

You see it's ridiculous. I always get angry with her most times.

Such money would have better spent for a Canadian school. Easy PR, and even if it’s minimum wage job that he gets first. He will recoup the money in one year

Those are big firms and only few earn as that, and those are from officers to managerial roles. Outside the oil and gas, shipping and multinationals(that's if u are a direct staff and not a contact staff) companies, 90 percent of all the organizations in Nigeria na nonsense.

Do you live in the UK? It's an insult to the UK (a country whose GDP is over two trillion dollars) comparing it with Nigeria (a country whose GDP is about 300 billion dollars).

Dont be too sure, I know too many people who went abroad for this or that degree and either ended up unable to get good jobs or lag behind their contemporaries in Nigeria who only schooled in Nigeria and hooked up with multinationals.
