I also don't like this App, anytime I connect to wifi network, it updates and launches itself, showing some awful notifications.

I always just disable it each time.

Why not quote the person who gave you that advice and ask him that question directly??

Unless you root your device, then you will be able to uninstall it. Otherwise, just disable it
