Countries are termed DEVELOPED base on"human infrastructure" education, health care, security, child care, job opportunities economy, women rights, good transport system, good road network, good drainage system, good industry system, freedom of press, etc Not base on some few physical infrastructure and the number of nukes or missiles.

I can confidently say Nigeria as a nation is more developed than NK.
