You can legally get a licenced pump action gun issued by the commissioner of police himself the protocol is lengthy and excruciating.

But here's an advice: don't do it even if you have the millions of Naira to spare. This is because, it won't be a secret that you own a gun, and you are more likely to be attacked if you own a gun than when you don't, because criminals would come for your gun, they need it for money making operations.
