There is nothing wrong with what Peter Obi said and suggested. In this hard times, there?s no compulsory reason for a country to have presidential jets - Dele Momodu tackles presidential aide, Bayo Onanuga

Media personality, Dele Momodu has tackled presidential aide, Bayo Onanuga, for asking Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, if he wants President Bola Tinubu to die after he kicked against the purchase of presidential jets.

Onanuga had described Obi’s comment as insensitive, asking if he would rather have the life of the President jeopardised by flying faulty aircraft.

Reacting to this, Dele Momodu stated that there is nothing wrong with what Obi said. He also said that there’s no compulsory reason for a country to have presidential jets in these hard times.

According to him, Tinubu owned private jets ever before he was declared President and he can demonstrate the sacrifice he preaches by downsizing and returning to them and requesting his retinue to go commercial when absolutely necessary.

He wrote;

“In these hard times, there's no compulsory reason for a country to own Presidential jets. In fact, it is an overindulgence. ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU owned private jets ever before he was declared President. He can demonstrate the SACRIFICE he preaches by downsizing and returning to them and requesting his retinue to go commercial when absolutely necessary. AIR PEACE has a fleet of Boeing 777 that can be hired for long haul flights and this will keep them in business. Trouble is our politicians are outlandishly flamboyant... There's nothing wrong with what PETER OBI said and suggested."

Tinubu should keep managing the current PJ, Nigeria is too broke to afford new plane.

Or if Tinubu is afraid, then he should start flying commercial flights like Airpeace, he should sacrified too like we Nigerians are sacrificing till the Economy is stable and robust.

Tinubu, fly all the new jets you can within the time you have left . For after your death shall inevitable judgement be passed.

The torments of your hell shall abide for ever.... If all the earth and sea were sand, and every thousandth year a bird should come, and take away one grain of this sand, it would be a long time ere that vast heap of sand were emptied; yet, after all that time your damned soul will never come out of hell. hope exists not for you. May these words EVER break your heart.

Nigeria's leaders should even sit their asses at home and fix the country instead of wasting hard earned money glob trotting with nothing to show for it.

You are looking for investors by traveling up an down whereas the few you have at home are closing factories leaving the country in droves.

Most black men he!

This fat man called Dele Momodu always remind me of Asari Dokubo.

Same big body structure but tiny brains.

No wonder Davido calls him his boy.

Dele would soon turn ibo or omo ale kiakia in the sight of agbadorians. They hate the truth with passion. Anytime I say these people in government are anti people, I have a million reasons for saying so.

This is just a mere political talk can he is say that if he is the president. Imagine a whole Nigeria president using 24yrs Air Force 1. After all, PBAT won't take the jet with him after leaving office. If Tinubu needs 4 personal jet in. a day he can afford it. Dele & those that are against the purchase of jet are saying it out of hatred cool

Fact 101😁 We should stop the useless ego and focus on what matters! We don’t need a single privately-owned jet.

Uncle Dele has a point. He should have acted the same way when Sophia Momodu was demanding a Benz and other stuff from Davido because she had a child for the singer.
