You're restricted from buying Choice items as others will go without any issue. Look for another store outside Choice category and purchase your item. Coupons won't do too.

I've been having that issue for about 2 weeks now without headway but to order that item from non-Choice store.

Or have you used your card on another account?

Follow up the numbers sent. Those guys will surely ship your goods. I always follow up on contacts Chinese sellers are always great at finding out genuine shoppers because if you don't get to receive your goods, they don't get to sell to you again. They love repeat business more than a fat kid loves cake.

Via TT or through debit card. Buyer protection is only applicable for goods bought. Not for logistics mistakes if the goods is not shipped by Alibaba
