1. He wants a child's custody but failed with the one that was left with him. That's enough proof not to grant him custody hence the involvement of Chioma's child. His lifestyle and group of friends is not also worthy for him to keep a female child.

By joint custody, they will rotate the child, maybe Weekdays and Weekends or School periods and holidays. He will take the child away to be with him when it is his turn. He will still leave her is company of his bad friends and domestic workers when going out.
