Dark Matter (2016) by Blake Crouch

There is nothing else i want, Just my Daniela......

I paused the show at episode 3 so I could read the entire book first, and man, was it worth it. Although it was painstaking at times, as it took the book about 7 chapters to reach the events of episode 3 of the show, the book compensated with a rich and vivid experience that enhanced my appetite for the show, even knowing how it ends now.

By the way, it was one of the most profound books I've read in a while. The multiversal trope was handled with a clever twist. Books are such a magical medium, one of the very best forms of art.

Now, back to the show ๐Ÿ˜Š

With all the rave about Bridgerton, I still haven't watched it. It has been giving "ladies kind of show" vibes. But with this your comment, I will try to see the first 3 episodes.

Edit: I just watched the trailer of season 1, I will be skipping this one grin

Exactly how I felt all this while. Your choice though.

Both are good in their on rights depending on what you really fancy.

Evil is about a rag tag team that investigates supernatural occurrences and it's really well done.

Dark is more like a time jump sci fi that you really need to pay attention to get, because they move through time a lot and so it may be a more tedious watch.

I watched 1 episode of Bridgerton and dumped the show quickly.

It's not for me at all. I can't deal with some girly show

These 4 shows are the literal definition of "peak fiction."

I'm almost done with my Mr. Robot rewatch.

Yet I'm rewatching it and I'm currently at season 4 and I just finished one of the best TV Episodes of all time - Mr. Robot S04E07 - 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Just admit you got lost and didn't understand the rest of the show

The best season of the show is season 4 followed by season 3

The show has some of the best directing in TV history. There was the episode in S3 that was practically shown to be uncut all through the episode. The episode where they broke into E Corp using a riot as cover...

Another crazy episode is S4E5 which started with Darlene saying to Elliot - "It's cool dude, we don't have to talk"

And no one talked throughout the episode until the end of the episode where Vera said to Krista - "It's time we talked".

Almost every episode has some unique directing...

If you go into the hacking, all the codes used are real. The show features the most realistic hacking scenes on television.

They use real hacking methods in the show and even fans who are into hacking scrutinize the show.

The characters are all very well written. The plot tightly knitted with crazy plot twists and reveals.

The use of the unreliable narrator that is Elliot's fรปcked up mind also has fans questioning every scene as to what is real and what isn't.

For example, most of Elliot's scenes in Season 2 actually took place in a prison because Elliot was arrested for hacking but his mind projects it as his mother's home to protect himself

No worry, the show isn't for everyone that's why you can't appreciate it's quality

Anyone who says MrRobot is mid has neither watched the show or didn't concentrate on it. I'm still in season 2 and I can't even watch the next episode because I'm in too deep with the show's threads of situations I keep going back over and over again trying to imagine how the hell this guys came up with stuff

Yo...Brooo...wtf was Homelander cooking in that last episode of The Boys? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I am completely oblivious of the comics, but i just hope the show writers haven't written this mf too strong to eventually unalive, cuz outside of his fragile ego, does he have any visible weakness?. He is like the evil that it's at the core of the entire show, in hindsight, so deading him is totally best for all, so this brother gotta go ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I have had so many false starts with this because i found it to be too dark and depressing earlier on. I eventually planned to return to it, because i know it's a good show, but did it stay good till the end?

Bridgerton season 3 is a solid 8. 5/10 for me.
The best season after season one.
Now this is how to stage a proper comeback from the not so interesting season 2.
Though i still don't understand why these people are hell bent on adding any semblance of gayy scene in this season 3.

This season was 100% a perfect show and those gay/threesommme scenes were totally unnecessary and doesn't make sense at all.

However the season is an epic season of thrill, romance, mystery and suspense.
It's surprising as to how all the casts brought their A games into this season, they all lived through their roles as if they were living their everyday lives, it's just simply amazing how they do it.

What more can i say?
I am short for words because if i begin to talk about the show proper, it means i will heap praises on all the casts of the show.

What next for season 4?
I don't know but i hope to continue to see these amazing casts for many many years to come.
season four would definitely be Eloise season lol

Maybe you should first respect that fact that people here can talk about any series they want whether anime or live action

There's nothing wrong with change. Not an anime fan but I do dabble here and there watching stuff from studio Chizu, comix wave and studio Ghibli and sunrise studios that my ex used to force me to watch (she was a big time otaku or whatever they call them) but I'm learning a lot and the world is wider than Hollywood, maybe widen your tastes

I understand you , but I'm too hardcore old school to embrace anime, I mean there's just no way I can take it seriously. But what do I know, I'm just 1 man.
