Legalise gun, let people have a licence for it, una no gree. You said crime rate will always increase. That's what they first said when people agitated for atms in Nigeria. Today, the atm revolution has done us so much good. You legalise gun but profile whoever you're giving it to. Run a background check on them first before approval and prosecute them, should they abuse it.

These fools would have been taken down immediately.

Background of the story as stated on twitter was that the dead guy used to lure the Okadies to task force who confisicates their bikes.
Maybe okada people believed using the body as a speedbump is Karma and comeuppance.

These Northern bike guys could be deadly. I do everything to avoid them. There was time I had altercation with one, he threatened me that he would wait for me with his friends and stab me. He said he knows me and sees me all the time leaving for work early morning. Then, I used to leave my house around 4:30 in the morning to meet up with the staff bus. I didn't take the threat likely and I quietly made peace. For him to even reminded me that he usually knew my movements at that dangerous time in the morning made me had a rethink. Very devilish people. Early morning, you see them sleeping in front of people's shop and on top of their bikes.
