This amount in South Africa is enough to afford me an apartment in Sandton or Waterfall,buy a car and still save money for extracarricular activities like tavelling and whatnot.

Nobody earns 100k in Dubai, even the most smallest job there is above 400k with accommodation, transportation, some times free food, unlimited health insurance and round ticket to ur home country every 2 years...

It depends on:
- how many hours per day and if she currently doing petty things
The money is too small for more than 6 hrs per day if she is currently engaged in petty trading/service.

you are right .... The future is digital funny enough many are stuck in analogue ... That is why 20k dollars is nothing to some 23 year olds but some 40 year olds have never seen it in their entire life ... Digital is the way and you will be self employed.
