The explanation of how that weapon will work is well detailed for a 5years old to understand.
Has it been created yet? Nobody knows
Has it been used yet? No
Is it feasible? Yes (highly)

@pansophist @lordadam do you believe Russia can actually win the war against Ukraine despite the west supporting Ukraine with advanced weapons like patriot air defense system and drones? Or do you think the war will carry-on for years and when Russia feels the cost is not worth it the will pull out and claim they have achieved their objectives?

how dose a Soviet era kilo sub more stealthier than a nuclear sub.
๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

The idea of as Sub is to remain undetected,
how dose a diesel engine/electric sub more stealthier than a Sub powered by a nuclear propulsion system
.

a diesels sub will emit more noise than a nuclear powered sub, thus can't be more stealthier, nuclear power Subs were developed to increase their undetectability

online naval war expert.
๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Nuclear submarines are noiser than diesel-electric submarines.

Diesel-electric submarines use electricity when underwater. They only use the diesel generator to change the electric batteries. And to do that, they come to the surface.

Even a hybrid system, still won't be stealthier than a nuclear sub, you can look that up.

a nuclear powered sub gives you unlimited range, and survivability.

a good example is Australia cancelling it's electric diesel sub deal with France, in favour nuclear powered sub deal of the AKUS coalition with the UK and USA.

so funny we are talking Subs you are bringing cars into the mix, do car's used propulsion system to powdered it's engine, dose a v12 uses nuclear reactors??

we are talking the survivability of a Sub under the water man's is talking about an electric car๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

that reply wasn't for you dude, it was for the samurai.
Now you've switched to survivability?, The example i gave regarding the introduction of cars was as a result of your outright cry of "stealthiness"

You think a diesel-electric submarine uses diesel engine as the main source of navigation?
The diesel engine is primarily to recharge the batteries when low, more like a backup power.

hypothetically speaking, If those battries could last for 5months without recharge, the need for a nuclear powered submarines will drop, and the sea will become scarier because when the diesel engine is not operational, a hybrid submarines is more steather.

I don't need to argue with you again on this subject again, don't say i did not correct you.

Don't mind that guy, he thinks a diesel-electric submarine uses diesel engine as the main course for navigation.

If not for the batteries that will run out, there'll be zero need for a diesel engine. Making submarines fully electric.

don't mind my language, what you posted here was just a Sub running on just batteries, no military sub used just electric power for now without it's diesels components.

what you posted is just an expert assessment of just a Sub using just electric power and that it would be more quieter than a nuclear sub or a diesel sub.

forgive my language.
You keep shooting yourself on the foot, because you're playing russian roulette.
I told you before not to put forward a debate you have zero knowledge about.

To set the records straight, a diesel-electric submarine uses electric for navigation, the diesel engine is only turned on when the battles are out of power and need to be recharged.

I hope you understand now.

โšกFormer CIA analyst Ray McGovern:

โ€œWe know, and Jake Sullivan, the National Security Advisor to the President, knows that Putin gave the North Koreans a very sophisticated ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) a couple of years ago.

Itโ€™s not Russiaโ€™s most sophisticated one, but itโ€™s the next one down. It can reach every inch of the United States; it has decoys, it has chaff galore. It can be guided into place, and most important, itโ€™s mobile. To be mobile, you have to be solid fuel, itโ€™s solid fuel.

Has it been tested? Yes, itโ€™s been tested twice. Now, what does that mean? That means that all this pulling of hair by the New York Times, Financial Times, and everybody - โ€˜Oh, would Russia give sophisticated weaponry to North Korea in a strategic sense?โ€™ Well, be the first to know, folks, they already have.

So, what is Putin trying to do? Is he trying to steal the march strategically? Heโ€™s trying to deter, for Godโ€™s sakeโ€ฆโ€

โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Russia is now reportedly employing Iranian-made Arash kamikaze UAVs in Ukraine.

โ€” The first attacks using the Arash drones were reported near Ochakov in the Mykolaiv region.

โ€” Initially, the UAVs were mistaken for cruise missiles, but an examination of the debris revealed that they resembled the Iranian Arash-1 or Arash-2 UAVs.

โ€” The Arash and Arash-2 are long-range loitering munitions, also known as kamikaze drones, that have been used by the Iranian military since 2020.

โ€” The Arash-2 has a reported strike range of up to 2,000 km and can carry a 150 kg warhead.

โ€” This drone is a larger and more advanced version of the original Arash, with a wingspan of up to 4 meters and a length of 4.5 meters.

โ€” Additionally, there have been reports that Russia has ordered a substantial number of Arash-2 drones from Iran.

Ukraine winning is not possible, unless Nato gets involved, but again, that will trigger China, and this will be the worst nightmare the west will ever dream of. Hence they are so desperate for the Chinese to rebuke Russia.

China and Russia may be two different countries, but their security is indivisible. If China is secured, Russia is safe, and if Russia is safe, China is secured. That's the point of SCO.

No matter the weapon that is supplied to Kyiv, you need soldiers, and currently, Ukraine is even drafting women, prisoners, homeless men, old men, sick men, and disabled, just to go fight.

Russia has killed most Ukrainian soldiers (an average of 50k monthly), and the average Russian doesn't even know anyone who is conscripted. So how can Ukraine win?

You can't win by begging for weapons. You win by making it yourself and have motivated soldiers with high morale willing to defend their country. Ukraine lacks all these.

@pan.sophist @lordadam do you believe Russia can actually win the war against Ukraine despite the west supporting Ukraine with advanced weapons like patriot air defense system and drones?

Russia has won the war.
The West continues to forward weapon systems to Ukraine to stop them from capitulating.
For as long as Ukraine does not surrender, the West retains its perfect springboard to test out their strategic plans on Russia's military and economic infrastructure. Warships, Refineries, Airfields, Radar Installations. It is a fantastic sandbox for the Pentagon.

Or do you think the war will carry-on for years and when Russia feels the cost is not worth it the will pull out and claim they have achieved their objectives?

There is no chance of Russia pulling out.
The worst case scenario is a stalemate or largely frozen conflict.

Both sides have achieved the vast majority of their objectives.
NATO is larger, more tight-knit and has gotten a wake-up call.
Russia has strengthened the prior shaky alliance of the Axis Powers and more importantly silenced the Fifth column within the Axis countries.

We're entering another period of Great Power confrontation after the 30-year lull post-collapse of the Soviet Union.
This is not a situation where the Ukraine War ends and everything goes back to the way it was. That is over.
All sides are arming up for a showdown!

Surface vessels and underwater vessels work quite differently.

With the absence of the internet, my little knowledge about engineering could still put up a point for this aurgument, but thank God for the internet.
Diesel engines cannot work under water, because a diesel engine needs constant O2 which is of less supply in the depth of the ocean.

A diesel-electric submarine works completely on electric when fully submerged. This includes powering the circuit onboard and the propellers that moves the sub around.
The only down side to this is the battery's inability to operate for long due to it limited capacity.

When the battery capacity is low, the submarine surface, turn on the diesel engine while getting enough O2, charge up the batteries and go back go to the depth of sea.

When a diesel submarine is underneath the sea, it become more steathier than a nuclear powered submarine.

Of course it works differently...and no ship can run on battery alone...we are not there yet.

As for the sub argument...it simple as desiel electric powered sub are far more quieter than their nuclear counterpart.

The Diesel-electric powered sub has AIP system that uses tensed HO2 tube to generate power that keeps the battery alive for a longer period of time underwater.

What makes it more quieter than a nuclear sub is the fact that Nuclear sub uses reactor to generate heat to a degree that turns water to steam air into turning turbines for power...note heat part in which the reactor needs to keeping pumping to keep circulation... This process makes it more noises than it diesel-electric counterpart that uses an already stored H2O2 for that purpose.

All in all once for fire...your location will be known and bleeped hard by opponents.

โšกDmitry Medvedev posted on his Telegram:

Americans still take everyone for complete idiots.

Just imagine that during World War II, Nazi Germany turned to the USSR with a proposal to make the issue of limiting the production of a certain kind of weapons (tanks, aircraft, or the BM-13 Katyusha rocket launchers) a separate strand of negotiations. Like, letโ€™s curb the production.

What is it, absurdity, insanity, a madman raving?

Yet the US is quite serious about offering us to negotiate a new treaty on the reduction and limitation of strategic offensive arms. Like, we (the U.S) will be providing the Neo-Nazis in Ukraine with all kinds of weapons, including far-range missiles and aircraft, and with you (Russia), we will be discussing a new START treaty. What brazen cynical brutes.!

Well, no, this is possible only after supplying the Bandera regime with weapons stops, and its acceptance to NATO is blocked.

Otherwise, everything should go according to a totally different scenario; so that, just like in the 1950s and 1960s, the US is plunged into total psychosis of building bunkers against Russian bombs and missiles all over the place.

Let their elites get nervous! Let these maggots tremble and shiver! And let one of them throw himself out of the window, screaming, โ€œThe Russians are coming!โ€ just like the former US Defense secretary James Forestall did while in a psychiatric facility.
