are there not USA destroyer and British admiralty securing what you called civilian ships ?

the rea sea is not some lake, the shipping route is a wide area, the USA navy and it's allies simply can't police every area and protect every ship with such limited sea assets deployed.

what excuse can the Russia navy command give that that a non functional navy of the Ukrainians has turn the Russia black fleet into pieces of scrap metal resting in the sea bed.

All this because the government decided to increase certain taxes.

P.s it seems like Russia has citizens in Kenya because some of them were shouting anti west slogans while waving the Russian flag. Apparently Ruto declared support for Ukraine do with that information as you wish.

⚡The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Russia's former defence minister, Sergei Shoigu, and the chief of general staff, Valery Gerasimov.

The ICC judges said the two men were suspected of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war in Ukraine.

The court said there were grounds to believe that Mr Shoigu and Mr Gerasimov bore individual criminal responsibility for attacks on civilian targets between October 2022 and March 2023.

It's like all these fanboys have their brain taken when they have to post stuffs. Just like in Nigeria, do you think the average Kenyan cares if a president is pro-Ukraine or Anti-Ukraine?

Have you managed to even read or find out more about the finance bill and why Kenyans are rejecting it? All the IMF does is to coerce all these borrow-borrow African leaders to make life more difficult for their fellow citizens before they give them loans to embezzle. That was how they induced our dear president to adopt what they called bold reforms that is currently causing hunger and hardship in the country.

They coerced president Ruto to introduce housing tax and raise personal income tax last year. This year's own is even funny.

16% VAT on bread, sugar and financial services
25% VAT on vegetable oil
2.5% annual vehicle tax
16% tax on hospital goods and services
Tax on baby diapers, pads, phone and TV

Looks like it's the turn of Kenya to start their own Ebi n pa wa. Once IMF advises any country like this, the citizens should just embrace hardship.

With him suggesting that it was a RQ-4 “Global Hawk” Unmanned-Surveillance Aircraft with the U.S. Air Force that was Intercepted by a Russian Aircraft, and that the Crew has been Nominated for State Awards. Other Russian Sources have claimed that the Drone was Attacked by a Russian MiG-31 “Foxhound” Interceptor Aircraft.

⚡Russia’s security council said Tuesday that the International Criminal Court’s issue of an arrest warrant for former defence minister Sergei Shoigu was “insignificant”, Russian news agencies reported.

“The decision by the pre-trial chamber of the International Criminal Court over the secretary of the security council, Sergei Shoigu, is insignificant,” the council’s press service said, the TASS news agency reported.

The court said Tuesday that it had issued warrants for Shoigu and Russia’s army chief Valery Gerasimov over strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure that constituted alleged war crimes.

“It’s all hot air since the ICC’s jurisdiction does not cover Russia” and the decision was taken “as part of the west’s hybrid war against our country”, the press service said.

⚡Russia blocks 81 EU media outlets in retaliatory move.

The Kremlin has announced it is blocking access on Russian territory to 81 European media outlets in retaliation for a decision by the EU to ban broadcasting by some Russian media.

Outlets including magazines, state broadcasters and national newspapers from across the EU will become inaccessible from Russia.

On 17 May, the EU Council announced it would block broadcasting by Russian outlets Voice of Europe, RIA Novosti, Izvestia and Rossiyskaya Gazeta, accusing them of "spreading and supporting the Russian propaganda and war of aggression against Ukraine".

Now, the Russian government has said Russia was forced to "introduce symmetrical and proportional countermeasures".

Outlets from 25 out of 27 EU member states will be affected.

The list of blacklisted media includes Europe-wide outlets such as Politico and EU Observer, Ireland's state broadcaster RTE, France's Le Monde newspaper and Germany's Der Spiegel magazine.
