So there’s no reason they should become homeless if the older siblings give them their rightful inheritance. But as is the case with Kola Abiola, the older siblings can sit on assets for very long and sometimes refuse to even share some. Please have a will and get a notable outside body to execute it if you’re in wealth. You can give your bank the right to execute your will. They’ll just credit everyone involved with little story. You’ll just pay them a small percentage for executing you will and estate.
