If not, your appeal would be rejected. But if everything is fine with your supplied information, in less that 1 hour, you'd be notified that the appeal is accepted.

Mention the Nigerian bank but I'm sure GT and Zenith aren't amongst. If Kuda de do crossboarder transactions, I won't dare use them! Your money fit reach 5 months in holding.

Also, refund timeline is based on account category (except if it's been reviewed otherwise).

The card they're asking pictures of, I no longer have access to. I lost it a long time ago. Submitted some other documents like NIN and another card i had saved on aliexpress before but they said I still have to submit that card their asking for. Front and back pictures.

Access Bank once held my refund for 45 business day. To refund $33 come be like a $1m. Lol.

I've had delays too on GTB but not on that scale. I don't use Zenith for USD transaction.
