Did the SNG protests led by Pastor Tunde Bakare not work to make Jonathan Acting President through the Doctrine of Necessity by the David Mark led senators?

Protests worked in 2012 against fuel deregulation, even though Fayemi said that they used the same Pastor Tunde Bakare to play politics and deny us of the benefits of deregulating the telecom sector over two decades ago?
