You can also make the niyya for me and you.

You can do that daily if it wouldn't hurt you.

None of this is Islamic. You should seek help from scholars who have studied Islam. This looks like bidah (innovation) and that is bad. You don’t need any interventions to reach Allah. Non Muslims can not fast for you and Muslims don’t fast at night it’s from dawn to dusk.

Muslims don't fast at night , you can only wake up by 3.00 am and pray to God Almighty for forgiveness and mercy for you and others period.

Kindly seek more knowledge about Islam because Islam is total submission to God Almighty the most magnificent the most merciful. For Instance committing suicide is not allowed and forbidden in Islam etc
