The YouTube Livestream event is coming up tomorrow, 28th June. You could see further details on how to participate from their gleam task link. What I am thinking is, They may simply be trying to show how legit their competition is by drawing for winners in a Livestream and also giving opportunities to those who will live stream to earn reward. It's a yearly event and from the info. and tweets, it seems to get better every year.
