1. The dictator must scrap all Spouses offices and refund all monies that went to those offices in the past 2 years.
2. Scrap the housing levy that was shoved down the throats of citizens last year. Refund all citizens their money and apologize.
3. Any govt official with a criminal record must resign immediately before he or she is hauled out of office.
4. Return the free maternity healthcare program that the dictator scrapped off to align with the IMF's depopulation agenda.
5. Reconstitute the electoral commission within 1 month to facilitate The People's recall of all gluttonous mpigs, including all who voted yes.
6. The salaries of all MPs to be reduced to 200 k a month, same pay as doctors. They will only get an increase if citizens agree in future.
7. Every coin spent by the govt must be accounted for without fail.
8. There should be nothing like confidential expenditure.
9. The dictator cannot travel outside the country more than twice a year.
10. All govt travel must be authorized by the citizens and must be done using official government transport systems, planes, vehicles, trains, etc.

What do you mean here to stay. The puppet cannot last beyond 2027. The way things are going he might be out of office before then. In the interim the steps he takes will determine how long he lasts. The first order of business is he has to sit down with all youth of the country and ask them what they want. They will demand a lot of things as I previously stated and more. If he genuinely wants to stay he will fulfill them. Otherwise no budget he proposes will go through without the approval of the citizens. Even if it takes the next 3 years when he is unanimously voted out. People are ready to ensure that happens even if it means dying. He is probably also ready to kill 50 million Kenyans to rule over the ashes. He needs approximately 49,000 years to do so at the current pace. We are unrelenting and he will do nothing other than listen to the majority. Right now even the mpigs dont matter to Kenyans. The nigga has been pushed to the wall.

The country loses about 3 billion kshs in a day through budgeted corruption. That figure translates to 1 trillion KSHS in a year. That is 7 billion dollars. He actually says from 7:56 that every year the guys who sit at the budget committee use a factorial so that the budgeted corruption not only keeps pace with the growing budget but also grows to satisfy unsatisfiable greed among politicians. These guys even use logarithmic & regression formulas. The issue in the country is not that there is no money but that lots of it are going to few pockets who then tell you to pay more taxes because there's no money!
