Good initiative.

He should partner with some finance houses to aid customer's payments on instalments
Our degraded purchasing power is the issue.
Assuming this car is 80m(must be more), a Nigerian earning 1m monthly and paying 500k car loan every month cannot still afford to buy this car even if the loan is for 4 years aside a 20% deposit.

Lovely....I wish they could make the cars a little bit above the ground, cause of cases of floodings in Lagos, PH and some parts of Abuja lately

Above all, it's a welcome development

Those that can afford it have mikano at home, besides what is wrong with charging it with fireman generator?
If you charge electric car over night and it gives you a modest 300km range, that will take you for atleast 1week doing 40km daily on 3-5k nepa bill. Not bad naa..

Not too much deal about EV: just putting batteries together to drive rotors and wheels and other gadgets that comes with it in a in well designed embodiment. What matters is the ability to get somuch juice (power) in batteries. They call it ampere-hour.

China has taken our resources, and did materials science with them, to the point now, they are playing with electric car manufacturing. The thing is too easy for them to make. They have anchored electric car parts market.

The great igbo tribe need to embrace high level mathematics, so that we can help God to shape our future. When the Egyptians were leading, their experience with mathematics propelled them further than the rest; Same as Roman's, England, America, and now near peer China.

All one needs to do, is check what society has more mathematicians and other knowledge; that is where the power is or shifting to. The USA the great, needs to step up its game, because China is becoming an intellect nation. America needs to manage greed from its populace. Well, the USA I know will auto correct with time.

One reason I can't really believe China too much, is that China is not too dynamic like the USA.

It doesn't even make any economic sense to spend that type of money on such a bland car that does not have a good resale value

The number of watts it takes to charge an electric car can vary depending on the type of charger and the efficiency of the vehicle. Here are some estimates
- Average electric car charger: 7,200 W of electricity
- Average watts per mile: 0.346 kWh per mile
- Average monthly consumption for an electric car: 408 kilowatt-hours

At ₦75 per Kilowatt X 408 kW = ₦30,600. Just to charge your car in a month. Apart from your other home electric consumptions
