Does democracy prohibits freedom of association?

Once we stop viewing everything through a religious lens, we will begin to make progress in this country. Democracy does not restrict freedom of association. In fact, freedom of association is a fundamental principle in democratic societies. It allows individuals to form, join, or participate in groups, organizations, and assemblies of their choice, including political parties, unions, and advocacy groups.
Democracy is not a way of life as reportedly said but the constitution is. The boundaries of individual and collective activities and duties is enshrined in the constitution and not in the dogma of democracy.

From LG to LGB to LGBQ to LGBTQ to LGBTQ+ currently we are in LGBTQIA+

Actually this is not inclusive. See a more inclusive one below, but still not all-inclusive

The constitution of a democracy does not prohibit freedom of association anywhere in the world.

Dear LGBTQIA+ group....I understand u want to look different from the norm and u want to explore ur sexual appetite with ur same gender!

However,we have strict laws which was back by majority of the population clearly stipulating that there will be no room for homosexuality in our dear nation!

If you intend practicing ur sexual deviation please go to countries that are lenient to ur practices not in Nigeria!

However,if for any reason U think U can force ur practices on Nigerians,I dare all of U to come out to do ur pride month protest!

Whatever you see please take it!
Enough of this madness and show of shame!
U have been warned!

Love is love as long as it is between consenting adults.

You do not need to understand it to accept it, just know thyself and let live if no-one is getting hurt.

How about if one adult consents to be killed or disfigured by the other?

There is nothing like 'the constitution of a democracy'. Democracy can only be enshrined in a constitution as the form of government to be practiced.

You can only have the Constitution of a democratic State. And in the case of Nigeria, the constitution, (our written ways of life) frowns at lesbianism and homosexuality.

They can say they're not forcing anything on Nigerians - just minding their biz.

Also, you're threatening them - are you are sure they or relatives who love them, are not the ones running the country??
