Eletric car? In a country without constant power...even the ones with costabt power are struggling to keep up with eletric car power demands.

...and some buffons are wanking off this? Shame.!!
No wonder they elected a tout and a known criminal as their President.

That minimum wage of £11.44/hour, one hour pay of work in the United Kingdom, will get you:

-1 kg of chicken drumsticks
-2 kg of rice
-1 litre of vegetable oil
-Tomatoes, pepper and onions
-1 kg of mixed veggies (carrot, green peas etc)
- Spices.
-2 fingers of ripe plantain.

£11.44/hour is ₦22,275.64 @ current rate

How many of these will ₦22,275.64 get you in Today's Nigeria?

Watch out guys. Tesla will offer to buy out / acquire this company for obscene amount of money & close it down to kill competition, unless the federal government comes to the rescue.
They hv done it to many start-ups .

Nigeria shall be great again. I just read about the CEO, one Dr. Adéọlá Faleye, MBBS, University of Ilorin, the further studies in USA.

Nigeria is so blessed with brains. The only natural disaster is bad leaders. God will help us.

This is how long it takes to pay off mortgages in the UK n the USA so there is not a single thing wrong with paying it off in 4 or more years. People pay mortgages on houses for forty years just to own it.

Now imagine paying the 1 million as rent on a house or car for over 40 years without owning it and paying exact amount for the same duration to own it ?! That is the difference btw mortgage n rent.

Nigerians would rather pay rent their livetime to keep their household wretched till eternity instead of paying off mortgages n gifting their offsprings an edge with a bulk sum in the cost of the house or a whole house for their offspring to kickstart their lives.

Reason am now.

nedekid:

Our degraded purchasing power is the issue.
Assuming this car is 80m(must be more), a Nigerian earning 1m monthly and paying 500k car loan every month cannot still afford to buy this car even if the loan is for 4 years aside a 20% deposit.

😁🤣You know our people wella. A country that can't even guarantee a 247 electricity supply, is aiming to produce E-cars. Hmm, wonderful!
Well, E-cars are definitely not for everybody. They're mostly patronised by high-end users.
