Exactly. Some people even leverage on their position and past to wear things, and people assume everything they are wearing must be high class and expensive.
i wonder what the point is in all this though than to incite the public. Lagos state remains arguably the best state of them all, and they are not owing salaries despite paying the best rates around. These wailers are not interested in talking about the other states, like the ones that have failed to implement and don't plan to implement common 30,000 minimum wage. Why, they are not defending anyone, they simply know that such conversations does not gain the traction that they desire.

That watch is too small for a whole governor. He ought to be wearing a $10m watch, afterall if an ordinary boxer like Mayweather can wear one, why not Mr gobina? How will he rule people when they are wearing better watch than him, how will he keep to appointment with a cheap watch?
