There’s no way Chidi Harmony is going to the U20 World Cup right away except she springs up a wonder performance at the U17 WCup, I believe they would want her to play the U17 first and develop a little be4 the next edition of the U20..

So wait, u don't think she has done enough to make that team? The only reason i can understand is not putting too much on her plate. Outside of that she should definitely be on that team.

I understand we have our top 9 from the oshoala academy but 12 goals in 6 matches is 12 goals in 6 matches. Those numbers alone should guarantee her a spot.

It's now official, Lucy is leaving Barcelona.

Of the names mentioned here 4 are already in Europe, Don’t think those Coaches will even consider them right away, but again these are the quality players the team really need right now cause they have improved a lot having been in Europe for sometime now training with top notch facilities and under better Coaching Programs.

But u sef u put Opeyemi on ur list na. Well hopefully we get to call them up. I would think it is easier to call up women players for these type of tournaments. We called up a bunch playing in Europe for the Flying Eagles

My words goes with Except though, but she will be needing a total upping of her game cause there’s a difference between the U17 and U20. Again she’s no Vicky Lopez or Linda Caicedo.

I did mentioned Opeyemi because she was one of the team Star player before moving abroad and she’s very much within the age brackets unlike the rest you mentioned who left earlier and were still with the U17 team.

But u just said the players I picked are based in Europe Sha.

But anyways Amina Bello and Flourish Sabastine stared in the same WAFU U20 tournament Opeyemi stared in so I don't get u right there. Also joining the La Liga academy shouldn't work against Miracle and Shakirat. That is a good thing

The thing is will Danjuma look their way again considering their 9ja mentality that they’re already in Europe (Per say they’re already in Europe/America, let’s leave them and give the home based players the chance). This is the Age grade level we’re talking about unlike the SuperFalcons.

They might prefer to give the chance to the Home Based players here which is very bad instead of making it open for them all..

What do you mean by 'if'? They must make the team. Sebastine too. The coach must go for a bit of experience too.

Basco..that girl is still young. Playing U20 world cup just weeks after the U17 WC will be too much for her. BTW, scoring for U17 is different from scoring for U20. She will meet a lot of pro in the U20 tourney which may expose her inexperience. One step at a time.

That's a different story. I already made it clear from the beginning that it was up to the coach doing the right thing.

First of all the U20s always come before U17. Plus she wouldn't be the first to do both. Rasheedat Ajibade played in both in the same year. It's not like she will be on vacation if she doesn't go. She will be with her club side. So we might as well let her work with older players before she goes to the U17s.

Well...it is up to her and the coaches. IMO, she should focus on U17 by now. There are players ahead of her in that U20 already.

My brother we have lost to Ghana twice and both times our goals were by the grace of the most high. U can't tell me that u are fully confident of what we have. I even think we should take a couple more U17 girls. Peace Effiong, Taiwo Afolabi and Abidemi Moshood should be looked at. Even if they will not be starters, they can add value to that team. Cv

Well, it is up to both coaches. That two losses against Ghana has a lot to do with tactic that the personnels IMO. And let's not even forget the magomago from Ghana people.
If Chris and Bankole feel the girls can play two tourney, let them go ahead.

🚨Coach Bruce Mwape says his Zambian team are ‘almost at the same level’ with their group opponents at the Olympic Games in Paris.

Zambia are in Group B of the women’s football event alongside USA, Germany and Australia; with Mwape unbothered about the threats his oppositions pose.

“For us to be in that group it means we are almost at the same level,” said he via 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬.

It’s a shame that Malawi have somehow wasted this generation of Malawian talents. They won the cosafa cup last year beating Zambia and SA in the process but always withdraw from qualifiers of big competitions like the AWCON and Olympics.

They probably have the best attacking force in Africa at the moment and their federation is doing next to nothing to build on that. Sad for the sisters.

Hmm, just a few talent here and there with the two Chawinga Sisters the key factor.. Unlike your Country that has over hundreds of talents but the FA wouldn’t do much to make the National team better..

I don’t think they two alone can get the job done! They still need few other good ones to compliment their efforts if the FA choose to support them..
