Though people copy each other in tech world like bybit and kucoin having the same interface or netteller and Skrill etc which I've not heard of any legal issues with though but users can find it boring cos people always desire new experience and mostly more sophisticated one than the previous one .

Also ,it will have negative impact on the originality and ingenuity of the creator ,people might just consider him a thief or charlatan .
