Work Mode: Remote
Salary: 250k + Transportation and Feeding Allowance
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

They have to be available to follow the CEO for events and meetings. Doesn't happen too often (They would get transportation and feeding allowance)

I just did the assessment but the issue I have is that I will be rounding up my service on the 25th of July and I’m sure that they will ask for my discharge certificate during the interview. Please do you know when the interview will hold?

No cause for alarm... The process will be concluded next month .. If you are invited for interview & they ask u, be bold to tell the panel of interviewers that u will round up on the 25th July .. You wont be disqualified for saying so

In most cases, interview is always online ... meaning, it might not be physical... Your credentials will be needed for documentation.

I’m already working in a federal university but far away from home so I was only asking so I can push for a federal college that is near home.

My people there is no free Job anywhere, don't come here and turn yourself to a beggar. Nobody will help you rather you will be decieved. If you can land a f3d govt job then create a job and help yourself or you look for a way to buy by talking to your senators and house of reps member.
