At nutritious meals, from one mama to another, don't sweat it. You can only do the best you can in any given moment.

Personally, I concentrate on "at least he's had something to eat part" whilst away from home where I have everything on hand.

What ever is deficient on the road, I make up for it when we get back home.

So I am passing on the same wisdom, they picky now but will shock you when it happen.

That's when they will be requesting caviar, oysters and Salmon, freshly caught in the sea that morning.

Vitamin supplements between now and then to cover all bases.
