perhaps that's the only business that is generating money for him to run his life. Dont you don't know what it mean to loose your source of livelihood?

You missed the point. Do you spend all your daily income on the same day to start the next day empty? A hotelier will have at least ₦500k saved. The amount will sustain him for at least a week as he tries to recover from the loss. The demolition of the hotel is not enough reason to contemplate suicide, even if the hotel was built with high-interest loans.

The thing is that suicide is a symptom of a mental problem that can be triggered by anything. Even if his hotel was not demolished, something else may have triggered the suicide thought.

All land need to belong to the govt. No exceptions.

Left for me, I think we should have all premanufactured 3 to 4 story building luxury apartment, 6 to 8 apartments, millions of them - in the 40 million range or more, with proper accessible city waste drainage, proper accessible portable water piping, electricity, working and well maintained elevators, and thrash removal, etc

The point is not to capitalize with land ownership, but if you follow the rules and meet the requirements, you can buy maintenance and management of say 3 to 5 apartments in a 4 year contract; Another point is, You want people to have more money for businesses, working businesses, not building houses everywhere.

With the apartments, install cameras in every building, even on floor levels, but not in apartments.

let the focus be on industries, from agriculture to aeronautics to whatever, for 200 years solid.

Nothing is impossible if possible.
