This is to show that Etiko is just beauty without brains. Instead of her to see d problem of her country where citizens allow the politicians to trample on them cus of tribe , she is praising mediocrity. I hail the kenyans for standing up for their rights n keeping their leaders in check 1 Like |

Paraman: All these T!efnubu- supporting cockroaches. They'll always support rubbish. The Kenyans are attacking her because her post made it look like they couldn't endure like Nigerians and therefore are inpatient and on the wrong side. How would the cockroaches supporting a clueless, old and corrupt thief in Aso Rock not support her post when they're happy that Nigerians are not protesting but just dying in silence 1 Like |

WizardOfNG:That's what's I say constantly. Many Nigerians are Lazy . That's why Buhari said the youth are lazy. They are only online reacting to things without reasoning. I don't see anything bad in what the lady wrote. Come to the western world you will see how Nigerians are been celebrated in various careers but in Nigeria, our citizens destroy our country with their tongues 3 Likes 1 Share |

Bobloco: 1. It is not insensitive because she never mentioned Kenya or referred to anything concerning them. Other countries experiencing unrest might as well come out and say she is talking about them. You people will just take an harmless post and twist it into something else. Maybe tomorrow when she comes out and post about how she loves good food, you will say it's insensitive to people that are struggling to get food. 2. You either take what she said as an insult or a reality check because it doesn't change the fact that it is the truth. So you're now triggered because she said the truth? 1 Like |

jayce232: Nigerians are not actually a fearful people but they are not yet matured and civilised to leave behind their tribal and religious differences to unite and fight for the things that will benefit them all corrupt evil nigerian politicians clearly see this weakness and take advantage of it to capture power for themselves, their families and their cronies. |

omooba969:bro am not supporting back leaders na, are we not all suffering it. The way forward for Nigerians is to vote out incompetent, deciet and selfish leaders, that doesn't mean we wont recognise the fact that an average Nigerian person is so so duggered and ruggered to survive no matter where they find themselves. Fela sang and expose evil leadership in the military era, after his death many artists have done same.....but the truth is, things are still getting worst not just bad. Let voters vote competent, transparency and integrity when the opportunity arises that is the solution. Peace |

Mrexcell: Niraland has a huge audience. Why don't you explain to the youths, whom you wish would rise up and overthrow the system in Nigeria, how to go about doing so. You hint, when you state, quote: " Nigerians are not yet matured and civilised to leave behind their tribal and religious differences to unite and fight for the things that will benefit them all corrupt evil nigerian politicians" that Nigeria politicians, presumably, the president of Nigeria, does not have cross tribal support. If so you're operating under a number of basic misconceptions and assumptions. For instance, the president of Nigeria does have cross tribal support. He has huge supporters all over Nigeria and the party to which he belongs was voted into office by millions of Nigerians. For every individual who claims that the leaders of Nigeria attained power by illegal means there is another who believes he attained power through acceptable democratic process. Also dismissing the Nigeria political landscape as one constricted by tribalism is simplistic. Nigeria has a multiplicity of ethnic nationalities for want of a better term, but also religious dimensions, philosophical outlooks, gender rights issues, raging capitalists, effectively independent military, nationalists and so on. One man's cry of tribal persecution is another man's cry of tribal manipulation. There are separatists also which complicates any justifiably coherent narrative on Tribalism (ironically) since any narrative is, if we can be objective, undermined by partiality. Another factor to consider in your simple assessment of Nigerians, is Nigeria's state system. The majority of Nigeria's ethnic groups are arguably represented by a state. However you may wish it , Nigeria is not an immature polity. You stated unite and fight for the things that will benefit them all Explain and outline what form this would take, how it will lead to the desired outcome that satisfy the greatest number of Nigerians, leaving the nation in a better place than before? |
