That's overdraft limit, is a new kuda feature problem here is the overdraft limit ought to be full not half way full. You can't have that much in your account and get to use the overdraft. No way! Your guess is good as mine

Quite possible, or he's spent 13m, funds have been blocked but not yet removed from his account.

This usually happens when you spend over the weekend but the funds leave your account the next working day.

Looks like the millions was a cheque that was just paid in and yet to be cleared. While the 50k+ is what was originally on his account that he has access to use immediately. Cheques can take 3 working days to be cleared. While not cleared you can see it but can't access it. The accessible amount is the 50k
