Yes that's the way to go. Same thing those Disco abi nah Nepa did to them in Ikeja military cantonment giving them light for only three hours in a day. Despite the fact that they are been paid millions of Naira monthly, the stupid woman heading them was he'll bent on the cantonment adding more money to the one been paid and service not rendered. I as a person has given up on this country cos every department, agencies and individual ain't ready to do the proper thing. Everyone sha want to have their own share of the cake fraudulently.
