Saw also your okra farm. Truly, you have done well at your age.

I have a question. Can you leave your farm (sheep and vegetables) and go abroad? Can it function properly without you? I am asking because you are tied to a business if it can only run effectively with you around. Have you ever considered running your farm without your presence? Could you please share your thoughts?

Thank you for this question sir, I believe I can when I have good, well trained hands to take up the task in my absence, but unfortunately there are few and they will even prefer to run there farm rather than manage someone else own.
Farming is a vocation and can be turned to business but for now to maximize profitability and growth you have to be involved 110%.

The bolded part....I kinda thought deeply about it. I think the right phrase should be "Micro-scale/subsistence farming is a vocation that can be developed into a business. Just that I am sad that almost no one I know in southern Nigeria has turned it into a business. Too sad!

One of the reasons I am not interested in ruminant breeding is that it takes a long time. So, one will be tied down.

Nigeria is plunging into a state where there will be massive hunger in the land. Lol. Its not. Not only is there bad government, but there is also bad and dishonest behavior among citizens.

Bro... Good luck with your centre. I pray you achieve your goals.. Take care!

good one here. it will get to a point people will beg for employment at that stage you are nearing leaving your business in trusted hand.

one thing I tell people is don't expect your staff not to do some shady deals but look away when there is need to or needless you raising an eye, react when needed just learn to balance it all.

in all if you have a good insensitive policy needless will your employees want to steal from you since they are better motivated by you.

ladtly, I want to ask where precisely are you based or run your farm from?
