sulaak: What did Kenya do to Ruto? Is Ruto the owner of the shops and buildings looted or the cars burned? Was Ruto killed? Is he in the hospital or prison? Did Ruto lose his job or family members? Is Ruto going to get less pay or no pay? Do you think it's Ruto's bank account or money that will be used to rebuild the billions of dollars worth property that was destroyed and stolen? What exactly is your hallucination about Ruto? |

People abroad are going through alot. A friend of mine that sold his car to travel abroad is there and contemplating suicide. In the UK he said it is not the way they told him. He is unable to get a job and Is being catered for by a stranger. man comes to my DM to cry everyday but I keep encouraging him to stay and don't come back because back home we sef are going through hell. In his words " I don't think any hell can be compared to what we face here. Atleast in Nigeria I have siblings and uncles that can accommodate me but over here without a job, I am depressed and suicidal with no support system" He is a fighter and I know he will come out of it strong. |

Kingrshd3: Yes na. India is worse than Nigeria. It is just that since there more than a billion, the news of them doing well in some areas make it seem the rest are doing well. China is way much better and has progressed over time than India. |

Gerrard59: The litmus test to know who voted Tinubu was that statement. It was really annoying. Funny thing is, they'll still vote Tinubu and come up with a fancier quote to feel better. |

Look at how fellow Nigerians are supporting those in diaspora to be stingy and wicked. Man, you people are EVIL. No difference between you and the evil Nigerian politicians without emotions. 1 Like 1 Share |

JoeEeL: Aaah I get it now. 2 reasons mainly for me. 1) it serves as record of what I am thinking/ feeling at a particular time. They say the Internet never forgets eh? It's my hope that someday in future, my son will stumble across it and get to know the inner workings of my mind. Yes, nairaland is anonymous but those who truly know me will recognise that it is me. My brother did, without pictures. 2) To dispel the common narrative about women. Nothing is in black and white. It's not to say hey look at me, I'm all of this and bag of chips. It's more to challenge some prevailing thinking, about life, relationships, parenthood. To let others know there are other ways of living and thinking. I hear you about not wanting leadership itself but being happy to collective based on the common good. I feel the same myself..ie it is a lot when people look to you to do the thinking for them. You have a good energy about you from our little interaction. |

rinzaugustine: They say silence is the best answer for a fool, but unfortunately that’s a lie. It’s more pleasurable to make a fool know they are senseless. First that woman is not Yoruba, it’s very obvious. Secondly, that woman if she voted never would be someone who voted Tinubu. She’s on the same team you are, but your bitterness and stupidity makes you do a friendly fire. Even if she’s not on the same team you are, it doesn’t mean you should celebrate her pain. But because you are a first class animal, an irresponsible hungry pained joblesss troll on NL, with zero accomplishment in life. Don’t be a failure forever, we know you are in pains and you think Yorubas are responsible for the misfortunes you face offline while you come here to laugh crocodile laughs. Go and hustle and see food chop, and if you can’t afford anything to eat, DM me, maybe I can spare small change for you to eat. You are nothing but a smello, an unintelligent one. You are low life, the only joy you get is come online to argue like a low life that you are. I can bet you are no longer a small boy, you should be in your 40s if not 50s and you are here throwing banters with your children age mates. Offline I should be calling you uncle and be sending you on errands. Have you got no shame. ? 1 Like |

shaybebaby: 1. It's interesting how women create that time to document their life. You are just one amongst many others I have seen form this habit. I don't know how u guys do it but it's nice. 2. Brilliant submission. 3. Still a little too early, don't you think so? Let me sound like Maiyegun Diary's Politico. Whenever he gets some plaudits from a new member, subscriber or caller, he'd urge them to be patient cos it's probably too early to pass some judgment. He'd say when he unleashes other aspects of his ideologies, it may clash with those of his new caller. So he'd make that proviso clear enough so that further down the road, the new member isn't caught off-guard if his expectations about him begin to veer lol Anyway I frankly do not think that will be the case with me, or should I say 'us'?? Using the word 'us' is already sounding a bit too somehow, so ealry o. |

JoeEeL: 1) you know they say that we women like talking😀, it's an extension of that I guess..more talking but in written form. That said, there are many guys in documenting the same in that section. I like hanging around that space..the inner workings of people's minds intrigues me. 2) In order words, hive mentality. Naah, anyone who believes that there must be agreement in all aspects still has some growing to do. There are no absolutes in this world, we will always have differing views and that is welcome point. As long as we can disagree respectfully and engage in discourse with an open mind. There are only two possible outcomes. A) my initial stance gets reinforced. B) I learn something new beyond my current knowledge. All I ask is that it is well reasoned or backed by facts/evidence. Critical thinking and Echo chambers are mutually exclusive. About the "us", 2 people chatting falls under that reference. Free your mind, lol 2 Likes |
