Actually, he is even enjoying now.

As long as the case has not gotten to court, he is still in a police cell; Meaning his family can visit anf bring sumptuous meals for him to eat.

He will definitely be denied bail his first day and that means Kirikiri or Ikoyi prison straight.

You are still right sha. Court process go favour am

U dey confuse yourself.

"He dey enjoy now...
Court process go favour am "

There's a huge difference between police cell and prison.

There's a huge difference between police cell and prison.

That's is not the point. He has been arrested for 4days according his friend yet they have not charged him to court.

His detention is illegal according to our Nigerian law

What the guy said is very wrong.

However, he should be charged to Court. Let the court decide, keeping him in police custody is abuse of court processes.

I agree with u keeping him detained without charging him to court is illegal beyond the days prescribed by the law.

But like izzou pointed out,When he is eventually taken to court he will most likely be remanded in prison . He poses a serious threat to the society since he has threatened her life in white and black .

That is left for the court to decide. But first the police should follow due process.

I'm only expanding on what izzou said first.

While you are right that the law says he must be charged to court within 48hours, the law also permit the police to continue to remand him in police custody for investigation by getting a court order from the court to hold him for extended number of days. I'm not saying that's what's happening in this case, just putting it out there.

Yeah, the court will definitely decide .

If the guy will be unfortunate , let the police find evidence that suggests he belongs to a particular cult group ; he will smell his anus

The police have not sought for a court order for his continuous detention.

Please I would like you to give us evidence of the court order police got from the court?
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 8:41am
You know he fcked up, but you want him to go to court grin

How can going to court help him?

Unlawful detention is wrong, but it is clearly favouring him.

You think say to go court and conclude a case na bread and tea?

When dem adjourn him case for 3 months, with him sleeping in Kirikiri for that period, you go know say Alagbon na 3 star suite.
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by OkpaNsukkaisBae(m): 8:46am
We have seen cases where the police detained people in there custody for 6months or one year without charging the suspect to court

If I'm Toyin Abraham I'm not interested in any bloody rule of law after someone goes through the trouble of finding my number so he can make death threats against me and my family.

If i could pay extra for the guy to meet an unfortunate demise in that cell, I would. Or at the very least arrange for him to share a cell with some rapists.

She has been very cool headed with the whole stuff. Even her replies were chill.

You left Twitter, hunted for her number, and still went ahead to make life threatening comments to her and her family.

This guy fit no see bail or fine sef if him reach court.

It did not answer any question. You said the police have right to extend his detention only if they have court order.

Now, I said bring evidence of the court order the police got that allowed them to extend his detention. You don run away

It is toyin Abraham's legal right as a well connected Nigerian to fk up people who do not stay in their lane. The guy could have kept the insults to Twitter.

It is quite likely he is some sort of cult boy who plays this game with other people and he was drunk on his own delusions of power thinking that the rest of Nigeria is his hood/stomping grounds where he can cough and people will piss their pants.

Reality is here.

If the police have his phone as a naija youth matter he is probably done. If they don't find more threatening messages they will probably find some yahoo trainer or yahoo attempts. They will sha find something on his device that will get him in trouble. Unless obidient movement rally and get his a high powered lawyer he is in deep deep trouble
