mumu op!If it is not disobedience to court order, should Nnamdi KANU still be in detention one week after court dismiss terrorism charge against him ?
You said the federal government appeal the court order that acquitted and discharge Nnamdi KANU of terrorism charges, one week after after the court's order.
From what I understood,it means that he is still in detention one week even after court discharged and acquitted him,so one week is 7 days.
How do you define continuing detention of about one week against court's order if it si not disobedience to court order ?

How is Mr Peter Obi wrong with what he said ?

Don't be ignorantly smart, court judgement are not executed immediately if the other party has shown interest in appealing the judgment within a legally allowed timeframe

It is not incorrect. Several courts have ordered for his release and some awarded costs. The FG have not appealed them.

Again, the supreme court judgement being cited by the article is vague and lacks. He won in all the grounds of appeal in the judgement except the consequential order.

Every court bows to the rulling of the supreme court, the supreme court already ruled on that, and which courts are the many courts, aside courts we know? IPOB cult or secret cult?
Most of you lack basic education just basic education you dont have.
Its in primary school that we are thought about the arms of government and in the Judiciary as a subtopic we were told how the suprem court is the Apex court yet you are here talking trash. Na my son wer just dey finish class 4 I suppose leave you with to argue with

Why would anyone want Nnamdi KANU free?

The man is a tribalist attacking other ethnic groups with no regard. I despise the Tinubu and Buhari governments for what they have done to Nigeria, but Nnamdi KANU can rot in prison. He is poison to Nigeria, and Nigerians

Please my people, is there anywhere in your writeup, where the court said he should remain in DSS custody, both the lower, higher and Supreme court?

Does he carry out thorough investigation before jumping to comment section?

Any conversant Nairalander would remember how we fought and insulted ourselves on this platform last December over the Supreme Court decision.

It's therefore shocking that the highly rated and over hyped Obi could goof on issue that is already in public domain.

It's good he's been corrected, just hope he would apply caution in future.

Because they don't want him to run away and start another round of treasonable felony.

This time around from Somalia 😃😃😃

I recall KANU ordering his troops to destroy lagos, and kill all the mother fuckers. since kanu has been with the DSS, Lagos has been peaceful 😀

Once beaten twice shy. The court and DSS had realised Nnamdi Kanu's legendary cowardice at jumping bail. They don't want the repeat of that. Kanu will run away in skirt, wig and pancaked face just like Ojukwu if released. If his case takes 50 years, let him be answering from the DSS custody. It's very well in order.

Nigeria will be great

It is because you are an slowpoke that you will say that KANU jumped bail! What sort of business were Nigerian soldiers doing in Kanu's compound in 2017 with live bullets? Why trying to eliminate the life of someone that is enjoying his bail?
I forgot you are a fool, because in your fool's Paradise right to life is not fundamental.

Maaad people everywhere talking trash
When the Appeal Court said that his Arrest is illegal and asked for his release
Did the government obey?
They should have obeyed the initial order before the midnight supreme Court order they obtained if Nigeria is a lawful country
All the terrorists they have been releasing as repented that are still killing innocent people
Which judgement gave them that power.
Anyone supporting evill must know that karma is real.
