Aren't they managed by external union, they should let union negotiate with their employers on their behalf or rather wait for government to approve and start paying new minimum wage, staging protest everytime isn't a healthy way to seek salary increment...

I’m sure you didn’t read the article up there. The Government asked the company to stop paying tax for 6 months to enable them provide palliatives for their staff but even with this, the company didn’t comply.

When did government say that?

What's the palliative that they should give them?

Their are two devish men ruling, controlling, manipulating, defrauding, exploiting the company and their workers. Mr adisa and mr tokunbo. Imagined, those two men were collecting above 5 millions and they also raked the workers wages by paying them below company wages agreement absentism, pension diversion and failure to pay some bonuses aligned by the management. We africans hurt ourselves...
