Naija politicians lol.... in everything you do, make sure you don't offend or be in the black book of a Naija politician. Dem go use your case do PR when they finally get the power. But back to the topic, if the constitution doesn't give powers to the Sultan to make appointments, then I think the governor/government is within his/its right to strip the Sultan of that privilege. Section 76(2) of the Sokoto Local government and Chieftaincy Law give the sultanate council the power to appoint district and village heads in the state but with the approval of the sitting Governor.
