If you don't know the cost, then how do you know that it's ridiculous 🤷🏾‍♂️. Better to get the pricing first.

Because the ones built in the past have always been ridiculously priced. This isn't the first project of the Lagos Dtate Government through its Housing Agency.

It can only be in Lagos.
Haters food don land.
Btw, for those mischievous people that usually find faults, there's an elevator for all the buildingz.

Is the elevator some form of improvement? Should a building this high have functional elevators?
Re: Governor Sanwo-Olu Commissions Two Housing Projects In Lagos by CaptainFM1: 6:28pm
State government doing the job of local council. That's why development is very slow in this country.

They should sha allow indigenes to benefit.. not that people fleeing from their region will now be the ones enjoying facilities meant for indigenes of other regions.
Kudo to Governor Sanwo Olu on this.

Its looks pleasing. I hope they make it affordable for civil servants

I have lands affordable for civil servants.

If they buy today then in five years they can resell it and recoup x20 of the investment.

Remember, the best time to buy land was years ago, the next best time is today!

Mass housing that you guys do but won't consider your own Lagos state government staff first. How many teachers in Lagos can afford this apartment based on their Lagos govt salary? Keep deceiving yourselves.

The Yorubas who are supposed to vote for you are now forced to live in Ogun state cos you won't provide affordable housing, not even for your own staff. But when it's time for election, you tell the few Yorubas remaining in Lagos to "ronu" and vote for another Tinubu stooge.

Igbos will find a way to pay rent, so when their population increases in Lagos, don't come online to cry for votes or blackmail Yoruba people for votes cos most of them are now relocating to Ogun state for cheaper accommodation.
lol
Another Ojuku.

Your evil thought about the Yorubas is what killed your ancestors. It will destroy you too.

Yorubas own Lagos,Ogun,Ekiti etc.
They live anywhere they like in Yorubaland and will continue to use Igbos as their slaves to develop even their forests when they deem fit.

Mostly it is not straight buying but monthly deduction from salaries of the lucky government employees. It has been so since in the days of president Tinubu. Keep your hate one side and appreciate the effort of the governor. Many state ministry of houses are not functioning at all, including your state too.

How much is a unit? This is the very reason why corruption will remain in the civil service and government at large. How do you explain that a country where many live in poverty (by World Bank definition) sells unit of housing for ridiculous prices?

It's quite ridiculous. Where will an average civil servant get funds to buy this.?

In any case you want to invest in Real Estate, I'm available.

We are going to be very selective in the sale

Those people are ingrates

Lagos will keep progressing and the ones that kill security agents in their enclaves and force business to close every Monday will continue to retrogress

Invest there are your own risk
.

The yorubas will buy it, then sell it off at a profit to the igbos as usual..
Re: Governor Sanwo-Olu Commissions Two Housing Projects In Lagos by viodemus: 6:39pm
Good for them.

Fire on the mountain !!!

Niger republic is rapidly surrounding Benin republic. Putting their big toys in striking range near Benin republic.

What does this mean:

It means that one or two provocations can set the fight off. We know that the core north of Nigeria will sit it out, or stylishly help Niger republic, remember, the core north needs Niger more than they need yoruba, against the igbos. So, the question is, what does Nigerian sw do about Benin republic, their other trump card? if they let Benin fall to Niger republic, that means they have been surrounded by the northern allies. If they try to fight for Benin republic with Nigerian security forces, the north will object; and to me, the igbos should object.

So, as we see am, kasala wan burst so.

The igbos should mind our business, so that the sw will be bogged down with Niger, and if those northern leeches try us during that period, with our knowledge and foreign assistance, we should teach them a very mean generational lesson. One of the things we have to do is, signal to Niger republic, that anywhere from igbo sides of edo state all the way to Cameroon, is a no go area, non aggreviate area. And we should put the north in a tight corner to decide to fight for the sw or their siblings in Niger republic. E go tuff.

All these resources money they are wasting, will be destroyed in an escalation fight. Niger republic has seen that the igbo areas path to the bight of biafra is too difficult to flip over, so now, they are seeing they can do Benin republic what they planned for the SE and SS.

The time prediction is to watch out from October.

In reality N45m is not so much for this.
This is not eveb rent this is buying.
How much do you think a studio apartment goes for here in the UK even for rent?
N45m ia roughly around $30k if am correct. Thats not too much for a simple appartment.
Are you expecting the government to give it out for free?
Do you know how much similar apartments are going for in Lagos?
Make una dey think before una dey talk na. Or is it because its the government?
A real estate company will put up a similar structure in the same area for N70m and you wont say anything.
All the small small houses advertised in property section for 100s of millions how many have you complained about.

You people just look for every means to looj for the negative even when its not there.

This is witch craft you are practicing if you dont know.

Omo Ibo werey.
Igbos have always and will always be babies to Yoruba in business.
Yorubas are the only ones that have businesses that are more than 100,90,80 years.
Ibos do not have any business that is up to 39,40 years. They always destroy their businesses with incompetence and laziness.

Ibos do not have any real business abroad but I can name 10 Yoruba businesses abroad that are worth millions, billions of dollars and still kicking.

Just like Yorubas are the richest Nigerians at home,so are they the richest and most successful Nigerians abroad.

Stop making jokes of the Ibos, please.
