Dyque 10kw system
24 kW battery (3 batteries)
40 units of 575watts longi crystalline half cut solar panels.

The price estimate we are getting is 25m for it.

Do you know if the company (IG Energy) is good and the price is worth it?

That DYQUE isn't a known brand. From personal experience would recommend SRNE, their 10KW is about 1.7M at the moment. Growatt is another solid brand. You can do Felicity as well, they have great support but based on recommendation, SRNE and Growatt are better than Felicity.

Batteries are Lithium I guess, make sure you're getting some form of Warranty on em...I saw a group buy of 12KW direct from Chinese manufacturers around 4M, so your 24KW would be around 6.5-7M ish.

Longli panels are Tier 1...Longli, Jinko, Canadian Solar are good brands, would recommend getting them brand new and maybe higher capacity if they're cheaper per KW. 40 panels would need lots of space, so make sure you have that bit covered.

If you have the patience I'd recommend doing your research...I don't even know what you're trying to power. From the estimate you gave, I reckon you'd save at least 5M if you went about the purchase of these things personally...and you'd be sure of what you're getting down to quality of wires, surge protection devices and circuit breakers.

Only a foolish woman will bring her husband down in a way that will also affect their children's finances.

There is still a way to limit the damage, and it involves a very bitter pill Jarus must swallow - which is to yield to his first wife, even now. That will involve yielding pride as well as money and even effort because this case has now gone beyond court of public opinion to the criminal justice system. In the criminal justice system in a case like this, there is no crime without a "victim", so he must ensure that the victim is on his side. Seeking peace with his wife is the only way out of the criminal side, and they can even walk back the court of public opinion, as well as his brand if they both present a united and peaceful front.
